Superb service
Prestige Bathrooms delivered my taps very quickly - ordered on a saturday and with me by Tuesday. When I discovered that the tap wouldnt fit the sink they arranged for a new one to be sent out and for the old one to be collected. Great service - would use them again

Excellent customer servuce, friendly & efficient.
I needed to buy a bath panel and after lookng through several websites decided that Prestige Bathrooms offered a good deal and went a head and ordered. The order was placed at the weekend and the goods arrived on the Wednesday,, a text message was received to alert usa time frame for delivery. Unfortunately the item was damaged in one corner, this was no fault of Prestige Bathrooms, but bad handingy by either the company supplying the goods or the delivery service used by them. .I contacted PB and spoke with Srewart and explained the issue and he very quickly had this sorted the next day I received a replacement bath panel undamaged. I have been happy with the service I have received and would definitely use Prestige Bathrooms again.

great service with a efficient delivery company
I found customer service very helpfull - they replied to my requests very quickly and help me to get through the buying process.
Also, I found the courier DPD has been great as they send you a message in advance with the 1 hour time slot they will get to your house so that you don't need to wait at home the whole day.

Ordered spare part for shower just before lunch on the Monday, estimated delivery date was given as the Thursday or Friday which i thought was very good. But they beet that and it arrived on the Wednesday, plus the fact it was free delivery! even better.

A GOOD SHOWER TO DEAL WITH!!!!!!
My order for an Aqualusso Steam Shower went without problems due to the fact that all my technical questions were answered in a very capable way, well done.
The delivery was spot on, thankyou.
Steam shower installed in one day by my plumber, Great peice of kit.
Not the cheapest suplier (by a very small amount) but definately one of the best.
Well Done and Thanks, I will use this company again without a doubt.

Superb!
Would recommend this company. Fast efficient service. Was at work on the date it was delivered but arranged re-delivery easily and it arrived after 48hrs. Product (shower) not fitted yet however arrived safely.
Received a couple of e-mails along the way to keep us informed about our order.

As soon as I'd placed the order, someone phoned me to apologise that the item was out of stock but was expected in the next few days. I was phoned again a few days later to be told the item was now in stock and had been despatched. I received the item the next day. Very polite staff and I appreciated the fact that they took the trouble to phone me to keep me informed every step of the way. Good, old-fashioned service!

Best Choice I Ever Made!
Never thought I'd make the effort to write a review but the help provided was of such a high standard that I just had to do it. I had been let down by another company but Stuart stuck with me and helped me find replacement choices. So instead of buying one radiator I bought three! They arrived exactly when Stuart said they would and the driver who delivered was very helpful. Always helps to make you feel good when you are spending so much money.

Quality item at a good price.very fast delivery,in person, by Stuart as the item was delivered to his depot instead of my house.He put it straight in his motor and travelled twenty miles to get it to me fast.Superb,would highly recommend this seller.Stuart,you're a star.Many Thanks.
