We needed a quick response for a full bathroom redesign to fit into a our people's rescheduled time- frame A couple of phone calls and e- mails to Stuart at Prestige, products arrived as promise, one important ;bit: arrived earlier than indicated, which gave us more time to complete , everyone happy, down to the pub , also ahead of plan..........success and happiness .....!!! Prestige Bathrooms delivered my taps very quickly - ordered on a saturday and with me by Tuesday. When I discovered that the tap wouldnt fit the sink they arranged for a new one to be sent out and for the old one to be collected. Great service - would use them again

I needed to buy a bath panel and after lookng through several websites decided that Prestige Bathrooms offered a good deal and went a head and ordered. The order was placed at the weekend and the goods arrived on the Wednesday,, a text message was received to alert usa time frame for delivery. Unfortunately the item was damaged in one corner, this was no fault of Prestige Bathrooms, but bad handingy by either the company supplying the goods or the delivery service used by them. .I contacted PB and spoke with Srewart and explained the issue and he very quickly had this sorted the next day I received a replacement bath panel undamaged. I have been happy with the service I have received and would definitely use Prestige Bathrooms again.
I found customer service very helpfull - they replied to my requests very quickly and help me to get through the buying process. Also, I found the courier DPD has been great as they send you a message in advance with the 1 hour time slot they will get to your house so that you don't need to wait at home the whole day.
