FANTASTIC PRICES AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Having already ordered 3 pairs of CHANEL frames, I had no hesitation whatsoever in going back to Pretavoir for more. Just as before the CHANEL frames are perfect and the service the same.I have dealt with both Sean and Laura and they are both a credit to the company.

where is my refund for cancelled order

I ordered a Fred Melville 8286 color 004 on the 12th of June 2013. After placing my order (100044975)and paying through creditcard, I received an email a couple of hours later stating that the color I ordered was out of stock. I replied back to cancel my order on the 13th of June 2013. Kindly they cancelled my order and I received a confirmation of cancellation of this order on the 13th of June from both Pretavoir and amazon through which I placed my payment. Till now Sunday the 16th of June I haven't received a refund after checking with my bank.
I have received an email on Monday 17th June from Pretavoir stating that since I checked out through amazon, the money wouldn't have been taken from my account since it is only taken when the order ships. I have called back my bank customer service who told me that the transaction is on hold.
I have to thank pret a voir for the speedy reply and clarification

Brilliant customer service and quality glasses!

I ordered a pair of Chanel reading glasses (3221Q) from Pretavoir on a Monday morning (UK time) and they had them dispatched by the end of the day. Despite some delays (completely the fault of Australia Post), I still had the glasses in my hand within two weeks - which is quicker than OPSM had offered if I had placed an order in store! The glasses are lovely, and seem authentic. Only minor complaint is that the glasses case had some slight scratches/marks on the outside when it arrived - leather/covering seems to have been scratched off near the opening?
Overall, amazing product and customer service (Special thanks to a lovely lady named Kim who took my order and helped out a lot when Australia Post misplaced the parcel).
Saved me hundreds of dollars compared to any Australian store - I would definitely recommend Pretavoir!

Customer service couldn't have been better

Delivery was fast and I got good information how my order was processed. However, I faced a warranty issue, because of a minor fault in the glasses (manufacturer's fault). Replacement process was very well handled with clear instructions. They even checked the new pair received from the manufacturer, which was supposed to replace my faulty pair, but there was a small scratch in that pair and I was immediately informed whether I would like to get those or choose the refund instead. In the end the whole purchase was cancelled, but I was fully refunded and couldn't have been more satisfied to the customer service.

Very trustworthy

I purchased sunglasses that weren't quite right for my face, despite trying them on in a store in Australia. Pretavoir refunded my money in full as soon as they received the package - no hassles. This kind of customer service is unheard of in Australia and I have recommended Pretavoir to a number of friends and colleagues for its good prices and exceptional service.

Got a great deal on my optical frames from pret a voir, also got better lenses than my opticians was offering for nearly twice the cost. my ray bans are perfect and was happy with service. The lady that I spoke with was very helpful making sure I had the right size, as a few were available which I didnt know about. All arrived in good time and were perfect. thank you

Dont hesitate to buy

the glasses i bought were around £150 more in my local opticions and frames were out of stock. I was hesitant at first about buying on line but after reading the reviews decided to purchase. I found the sales person knowledgable and helpful. My designer glasses are genuine and in perfect condition and arrived with my prescription lens next day - i cannot fault them some things arent too good to be true!

This is my first time purchasing from Pretavoir! I was quite surprise to find this store with such a low price! I was wondering if their products are genuine! After doing lots of research, I believe it's true! As I bought Chanel sunglasses, I couldn't place order online directly, so I email them. The staffs were very nice and polite, and they normally replied my email promptly. They could even deliver to Australia. I will definitely shop again =) Thanks

Would i buy sunglasses from them again? Yes!!

I found Pretavoir to have some of the lowest prices on sunglasses in EU. I ordered the glasses and got a mail that the glasses weren't in stock and that it would take 5 days for them to get to Pretavoir and another 5 days for the glasses to arrive to me. If i could not wait that long i should contact them. I did not mind waiting. The glasses arrived in a nicely packed box - in great condition. Definetly not my last time i buy glasses from Pretavoir.

Speedy turnaround, great customer service

I was thrilled with pretavoir's range of frames, delighted by their delivery time, and had a great experience with their customer service folks; they swapped the frames I'd ordered for slightly larger ones, reglazed them, and turned them around within a week. Many thanks!

Good value for money. I managed to get a pair of Oakley prescription glasses for a third of the price of High Street opticians. Fast service; order placed on Sunday 17th June, glasses received on Wednesday 27th June. Perfect! I'm extremely satisfied and would recommend Pretavoir to anyone looking to buy designer frames at reasonable prices.

Did exactly what I wanted :-)

I wanted a pair of Persol sunglasses, Pretavoir were not the cheapest so I asked them if they would price match and they agreed. A day after I placed my order Pretavoir emailed me to say that my glasses would take around 7 days as they needed to be ordered from the supplier... what was excellent was that they were asking me if that was ok, not telling me.

I accepted to the slight delay.... and guess what, they arrived early.

Excellent value for money.

I would love to give them 5 stars for handling my complaint and the final outcome of my purchase, however the fact that they are taking orders for frames that are not in stock is failing them at the moment.

Good service, great products at affordable prices

Ordered a pair of spectacles and a few more cleaning products on separate occasions, service was great and delivery was fast. Also found them responsive and the chat-style help on the website useful, with tips and discounts. Products are good, and much cheaper than on the high street.
One thing they could improve on is developing or recommending a free Android/iPhone app that measures the space between your eyes, but that's about it. Keep it up!

Very good price

I bought my sunglasses from the company and with the offer that they had on that weekend i saved nearly £65.00 from buying them on the high street. Good prompt delivery service and well boxed.
Only point that i can make is that there was supposed to be a £10.00 free gift thrown in as well. I did receive a cleaning cloth with the glasses and wondered if this was the free gift??? (£10.00 for a cleaning cloth?)
All in all an excellent price, shame regarding the gift if the cloth was it.

The first order I put in with pretavoir arrived within 36 hours of ordering, easy simple and reliable delivery is a big benefit. Also the videos on the website are really helpful. The pop up chat box is a little irritating but could prove useful.
My latest order for Boss orange frames with prescription lenses was more delayed than expected. However I was informed immediately of when i could expect them and since the prescription has been missed out in error the was verified. It was Arran who contacted me and he was very helpful. For glasses I would not go anywhere else as the prices and service is great!

Never have I had such fast service.

I am a regular online buyer of all my product needs; yet I ordered frames from Pretavoir at 4pm and they were delivered wll packaged by 10am next morning. Was this a one off? NO. I subsequently ordered a second pair of frames which came with the same speed.

Quick delivery, excellent customer service

I had a bad experience ordering glasses off another website. However I am a student, and the prices online are so much cheaper I couldn't afford to pay full price the glasses I wanted, (Ray Ban RX5248).
On the basis of good reviews I decided to try Pret Avoir.
Having tried a previous company who told me not to contact them until 10 days after the order date if the glasses hadn't arrived, I then phoned them up only to be told the glasses were on order and could be another 2 weeks!
I was therefore cautious and phoned Pret Avoir up before making my order to check they had the glasses in stock, the man I spoke to was incredibly helpful and told me the glasses would be with me next friday. I ordered them off the website, and they arrived new and shiny the next friday, packaged beautifully.
Their customer service was always quick and prompt replying to emails very quickly. When I need new glasses this is the site I am going to use.

Customer service goes beyond company policy.

I had my pair of Ray bans repaired at no extra cost. The item was originally bought from Pretavoir but had developed scratches from wear on the lenses. I sent the pair to the company, expecting a bill of around £40-£50 for replacement but to my surprise I received the newly fitted lenses two days later! with special delivery at no cost to me whatsoever! Unbelievable service and a very polite and helpful customer relations.

An excellent customer experience

After a horrible experience involving multiple screw-ups with another online eyewear supplier, Pret a Voir was a welcome change. These days, making any internet purchase directly from a website outside of Amazon can be a hit-and-miss affair, but, after doing a bit of research on this supplier, and my taking the risk of placing an order, they came through for me without fuss. The Ray Ban Clubmaster Crystal Green Polarised glasses that I ordered were the genuine article (I'm a bit of a Ray Ban fan, and know fakes inside-out). My order arrived quickly (within 6 days), and there was good communication throughout the ordering process.

I'm very impressed with this supplier, and will definitely buy from them again.
