Fraudsters stole my money

Ordered something for a friend in the UK (I'm in Canada). Entered my address for billing, hers for delivery. They charged my CC immediately but over 1 month layer and multiple emails they have not delivered anything. They claimed they didn't have the delivery address. I provided it again. They then started ignoring my emails. NEVER again, do not use these thieves.

Terrible!!!

Not very good communication and terrible delivery which I have still not received after over a week of waiting.
I will never again use this company, and will not recomment it to anyone else. I use internet shops all the time, and most if not all boast a one day delivery service. To still be waiting longer than a week is not good and because the items I bought were presents for someone else, they have let me down.
At no time at all has this company told me of any possible delay, and when I phoned them they said they will get back to me - which of course they didn't do.
Never again!!!

Great gift ideas

I've used prezzy box a couple of times now for different occasions and the gift ideas have always been really useful. Prices are fine for the convenience of it all being under one roof. Would recommend and will continue to use.

Good site - lots of presents if you're stuck for ideas. Shop around though because they're not always the cheapest unless you have a voucher for them.

Quick deliver

I ordered a present for my mums birthday and it arrived the next day, well packaged with lovely pink tissue paper.

Will definitely be using for my Christmas presents.

Really impressive service

Ordered my products on Monday and they arrived Tuesday really nicely packaged with pretty tissue paper.

Bad service.

Ordered personalised bottle of wine for 40th birthday 10 days in advance. No sign of delivery. Emailed Prezzybox- response 24 hours later. Claimed supplier aottempted delievry and left card. They hadn't. Delivered in end 2 days after birthday and no apology from Prezzybox. Wouldn't trust them again.

Good company and fast response times. Would suggest looking for voucher codes before ordering :)

Outstanding service

Ordered late Wednesday evening and it arrived Friday morning. Excellent customer service too - replied to email in 30 mins!! A good range of gifts for all ocassions. Will shop here again and recommend to friends and family.
