Great customer service & good range of footwear

I discovered this company while searching for size 10 ladies footwear. They had some Ugg Boots in stock at a sensible price, a much better option than paying ridiculous prices from companies that specialise in clothes for tall women. I later bought some wellies for my daughter but within a short time they had split with hardly any wear. I gave the product a poor review and then received an e-mail out of the blue apologising for the poor quality, saying they had refunded my credit card. This was a pleasant surprise in an age where some companies put money first and customers last.
