good for spot on advice and deals
Great site, huge range of products and pricing is probably the best online. Have used them for years, great customer service and delivery is alot faster than expected.
Would be better if they stocked a few more brands and they do seem to sell out of some lines very quickly. I'm signed up to their newsletters which always seem to contain an offer.

Let down by stock availability and lack of updates.
2½ weeks after my order was placed, I hadn't heard anything so I sent an email. They replied saying that one item was out of stock and the other had been picked ready to send. 2 weeks later I still hadn't received my goods so I emailed again. 4 days later they told me that all items were out of stock so I called and cancelled the order. They were apologetic.
In future if I want to buy something and I can't afford to wait I'll use either Wiggle or Chain Reaction Cycles. At least you know when you are ordering if an item is in stock or not.
