we wanted a bit of privacy from neigbours who have taken down fence. This gives us privacy but at he same time does not feel as we have put a barrier between us and we are still freindly with them. As it is reeds, csn setill see through from certain angles and lights, but for the price we paid it is brilliant and would definitly buy again.
Cannot fault the service at all. I firstly orderered the wrong size so repackaged it and sent it back and just three days later I had taken delivery of my new larger awning.
As for the awning, its perfect and really sturdy.
Just praying for some sunshine now!

My pergola was bare and I bought really nice armchairs and table but found that as it faced south west i badly needed to shade the area.putting the fencing on the roof has solved the problem and if it is sunny the area is now very attractive with dappled shade perfect to read and eat in.With lots of large pots of geraniums it is attractive.
I found this company by chance whilst looking for a pond green water cleaner and preventative. I tried the Barley Flakes and was amazed, although I didn't keep them in the nets but sprinkled them over the pond. My son said it won't work, nothing else has. However, after a few days the pond had turned light brown and I could see my fish I was delighted. Unfortunately within a couple of weeks the water was turning green again, so I ordered another supply. I didn't empty the flakes out of the nets but put two into the pond. Next few days nothing happened green water got worse. I managed to move the nets around and the cream sediment went into the pond and I thought it would work. No it hasn't, so I am rather disapointed with the product. Regards the company, from my short experience with them I have been very pleased, especially with their delivery times which are extremely good.
The product - a 3x6 marquee is very good and overall quite good value for money. The main problem was getting the goods - ten separate boxes in three sets of deliveries. One delivery - the roof - went missing and had to be re-sent. Laura was a star but she could only do so much. Solution - get a better courier. On an minor point, why not sell a means of storing the marquee when not in use. It looks like its going to need a small shed!
The bolts supplied with the awning slipped when I first opened out the awning. I had employed someone to put the awning up and he had to go and buy some better bolts and start again. This cost me for his time so I wasn't best pleased.
Although I did have a bit of a wait for the Miracle Gro Patch Magic I was still very happy with the purchase overall.
The Patch Magic was a great price and worth the wait. When I made a phone call to Primrose asking where the items were the staff member was pleasant and helpful.
Ordered ~£600 of products and was told that they would be delivered in January; in February chased order and was told that they would not be delivered until March. Merchant claims to have emailed but no record, customer service contact was indifferent to the effect of a two month wait and manager who called back said it was down to "Chinese new year". Bitterly disappointing as they were important to us and we had shifted our timings to allow for the January delivery.
Brought an awning from this company and it arrived with slight damage caused by the courier phoned customer service and spoke to wonderful lady who sorted it all out immediately and received replacement the next day. Fabulous would highly recommend.
I didn't had chance to use their customer service (I think I will need to use soon as the product which I bought from them recently doesn't look like is doing its job).
They give guarantee that their insect repeller products will be useful. But its not the case always as happened with me recently.
Now the problem is, to use their guarantee service (they give 60 days guarantee), I will need to pay delivery / shipment charges to send the items back to them. Its like customer paying for returning the faulty product which doesn't make sense as I already paid them delivery charges.
Not sure I will recommend them unless I see some improvement in the product (spider repeller) I am using.
