I paid £65 for what I thought was a set of HP printer inks. Instead, some differently branded ink cartridges arrived and when I used them, they leaked all over my machine. I got in touch with Printer Inks (who, on their website promise a full refund service) and I received a generic reply saying they would reply within 24 hours. Following e-mails yielded no response. Bottom line: they took £65.00 and ran. Do not use them unless you have money to waste.
This company is rubbish. They take your money, then email you to say they are out of stock. They then completely ignore you. I sent emails ,trying to cancel my order and get a refund, all i got back was SPAM.
I eventually managed to get through on the phone and was told they would refund me, possibly in 7 days, but I felt completely fobbed off. I did not believe a word they said. I have no idea what will happen now

Got a refund and an apology
I bought a set of compatible toner cartridges for my colour HP laserjet. After a few months one of the cartridges was making a noise and had stopped releasing ink while another was blotchy. I tried to have them replaced but PrinterInks said that after six months they were out of warranty so they would not take any responsibility.
The company's website makes claims about 100% satisfaction, 500,000 satisfied customers etc. I, for one, am not satisfied with a company that sells faulty products and walks away from taking any responsibility for them.
The company has subsequently responded with a supposedly helpful reply, suggesting solutions such as "Install additional printer memory". Of course, these are facile and irrelevant. The toner cartridges are faulty and the company refuses to take responsibility for them. Readers will judge for themselves what sort of company PrinterInks is.
I received a faulty ink cartridge from this company. I was reading all the bad reviews on this site while I was waiting for them to answer the phone and psyching myself up for a battle with them. However...when they answered I immediately received an unprompted and genuine sounding apology (from Edward) for keeping me waiting together with an explanation as to why I had had to wait. He offered to send me a replacement cartridge which arrived two days later.
Unfortunately the replacement cartridge was also faulty so I phoned again (this time speaking to David) who told me they had discovered a fault with a batch of cartridges and again offered an immediate replacement. The replacement arrived today and is fine.
I think organisations should be judged by how how they put things right and this company did exactly the right things. They are clearly committed to customer service given that they take the time to reply to negative reviews on this site. They seem to have a few operational issues so I can't give them 5 stars but I would definitely use them again. My thanks to you guys - especially Edward and David.
Wow. For about 2 years now i've been fiddling with Toner Save options and refilling my cartridge with cheap-o toner powder and suffering perpetual faint printouts. In the end, with my wife buying a new Ricoh printer to replace it I finally snapped. I'll get a new toner. Google ejaculated printerinks.com and I took a look. £12 for a new cartridge? Buying an original cost £100 so that's a cracking saving.
Bagged it and bought it and sat back.
Got an email the next working day saying it was dispatched. But took over a week to arrive at my house. Can only assume this was a Royal Mail issue since printerinks were able to give me a Recorded Delivery tracking number. This isn't particularly useful as you can't track Recorded Delivery, you can only confirm delivery. Of more use to printerinks than me.
So now I'm Larry, i'm so happy. Toner saver is switched firmly off. Toner density is set to max and i'm printing for fun.
Viva la toner. Viva la printerinks!
I phoned Printerinks with an order and it was proceed and deliver very quickly.
I can recommend they were the cheapest good quality inks that I could find on the internet.
This company does, to paraphrase, what it says on the tin. Easy to use website to find the ink that you require and is delivered extremely quickly. I always use this company for all my inks. I haven't bought anything else other than inks but wouldn't imagine there to be any problem with other purchases. Just use this excellent service.

i got some ink for my printer and my photo printer it gave me 70% discount from PRINTERPIX the service is top class and so fast, never have to wait loger than a couple of days for stuff to arrive.
these inks are great, have had no problems at all, i make my own cards , so quality and colour is very important, i have recommended printer inks to friends and family

If you are stuck for cartridges, toners or whatever go to Printerinks.com-simple easy to find what you are looking for, often have great offers on, order, pay on-line, and wait to be delivered. If you are really caught short there are optional delivery times. If anything goes wrong they tell you immediately and keep you posted as to progress, then WOW! delivered either on time or before - Best find on the Internet yet!!

I placed my order after researching the market and the inks reached me quickly and as promised. They were well packed. I have had absolutely no problems using the toners purchased and think you will be happy if you use this firm as well as having a good price deal. Give it a try.
I needed some new ink cartridges for a job the next day and printerinks delivered good quality replacement cartridges on time.
Tried cartridges from this company for my Epson printer, quality so bad returned for a refund, have not had a reply from my letter accompanying the return package, or e mails.

I have been reluctant to write a poor review about this company, because I was sure they would resolve my problems.
I believed the customer service centre, when they told me numerous times, how sorry they were for not replying and that they have once again forwarded my request for refund, to the accounts department.
I had returned two separate packages of ink cartridges for refund, because they refused to be accepted by my printers.
No problem with that, these things happen. I just wanted a refund, I could then decide if I would order some more from a different batch.
I did not receive any acknowledgement of receipt, I had to email several times to find out if they had been received.
No problem, we have received them and a refund is on it's way.
More emails sent, eventually I got a refund for one of the packages, I don't know which one, they were both the same price.
Many more emails sent and assurances that the remaining refund would arrive soon.
Now despite getting the automated reply, and then a read receipt for my emails, no one will reply.
This has taken over a month and still not resolved.
So I guess the answer is Yes, I am gullible to believe that this company are professional and honest.

After taking a week to arrive it turned out one of the cartridges we ordered was not compatible with my printer, despite their website clearly saying it was.
So I rang them to request a replacement or refund and was dismissed out of hand by the guy I spoke to because "the packaging had been opened".
Maybe he could explain exactly how we were to find out that a cartridge they say IS compatible, wasn't without trying it in the printer???

Order a pack of 4 toners for our office printer, 1 week later nothing has arrived. No one responds to my emails asking when my toner will be delivered. Having read the other reviews on this site, I now believe I have been scammed and nothing will arrive at all. This will result in our small business losing nearly £150, which we can't afford to lose. I have had to bring a little inkjet from home so we can print off customers invoices. I will now have to find another supplier and order the same items again, but this time I will be checking the reviews of any possible suppliers.
Reading all the bad reviews I can only vent my own anger at this scam business.The positive reviews must be from their own ringers. They won't stop spamming me either and trying to stop them is a waste of time. Have reported to Trading Standards.

Ordered compatible cartridges in error, as I know my printer doesn't like them. Sure enough they didn't.
Despite three emails to company, my query has not been answered, despite offering to pay extra for my oversite.
Desperate for ink, I have ordered from another company, at a cheaper price than the 'compatibles'.
It now remains to be seen if I can get any money back from Printerinks.
They are not a chep or reliable company to deal with.

I ordered from printerinks weeks ago but never received my order.
I have phoned numerous time and on average have waited 23 mins to get through only to be told that they wont refund until the order is returned by the post office !! i am now going to make a claim through small claims court.

I have no words to describe how frustrating the company printerinks.com is. I run a business and need print cartridges regularly to be dispatched otherwise it slows down my own business. I ordered the printer cartridges in MAY (yes, it is still unresolved since then) And they were faulty. I first rang their hotline waited for 40 minutes to get a response, was put on hold for the duration of that time (bearing in mind this is an 0845 number), in the end gave up assuming no one is actually on the other end of the line. I had to email three times to get a response finally getting a response from someone called David who said wipe the back of the ink cartridges and then they may begin working. They did not. I promptly emailed back again saying they are not working so could i please return them. again, no response and multiple emails later I finally get an email saying they are dealing with a backlog of emails and just send them back to the free post address detailed. This was 2 MONTHS AFTER I had ordered them. They were promptly dispatched back to printerinks to their detailed freepost address. After AGAIN multiple emails asking whether they have received the cartridges, they apparently ''have not'' received them. I would be very interested to know where they have gone as they were dispatched to the address they gave me. Again after asking multiple times for an update on whether they have received them, no response. I sent them an email saying if they do not respond, I will submit an online review, report them to trading standards and submit a claim through Paypal. No response. I spent £50 on cartridges and am so frustrated that I also had to spend on their 0845 number service. Awful awful service, I will never deal with them again and will specifically tell people to steer clear to avoid the head ache and time wastage I have had with them. I will also be phoning trading standards as I have never had to deal with such slow services, especially when the products are faulty.
I used Printerinks for the first time for three HP ink cartridges. I rang their call centre, they placed the order for me, within minutes received an email that my order was placed and within hours another that it had shipped. 24 hours later and ink was in hand, cheaper than high street. Love this.
Like everybody else here, I wish I'd seen these reviews. Ordered a guaranteed next day delivery and nothing turned up. No response from their call center, no answer. No refund. Automatic emails. Their "order tracking" has no information which means they took my money and did not process the order at all. Have reported them and asked for a refund. Please be warned - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I run a small children's theatre club on a shoestring and I need the printer ink. I am furious. I wish I had read the reviews on here.
I wish I'd read these reviews before placing my first (and last!) order with this company for two ink cartridges. With no product and no contact to tell me what was happening I ended up called them three times.
Their call centre is so noisy you can hardly hear anything. The first time they said they were arranging for another supplier to provide the product because they didn't have it in stock. It would have been helpful to know that before I had to call in. Following another couple of weeks and another unanswered email, I was told in a second call that the reason I still had no product was that the third party supplier had failed to respond (could they not have tried a different one?) but they would definitely get in touch and call to update me - as if! In the third call they complained that they had been "dealing with a backlog of orders" and were experiencing "problems with our new systems".
After nearly seven weeks they finally agreed to give me a refund which I am still waiting with eager anticipation. Their upbeat website gives the impression of a company that will deliver - and quickly. My experience was nothing of the sort because they delivered nothing whatsoever. I've never had to wait that long for cartridges from anywhere else. What a complete waste of time and energy.

I ordered £75.00 of Canon inks form this company which I have used for over 4 years without any problems. However this time payment was taken over a week ago - but no inks arrived. Tried to use tracking - did not work! Contacted customer support - busy! - over 5 minutes to get a reply. Gave support order number etc - they could not trace it. Eventually I was told the ink I required was not in stock - and they could not say when it would be received!
I cancelled the order and asked for my money to be returned.
I've used this site once before and they were great, this occasion could not be farther from that experience. no goods were sent, two emails have been ignored and a total waste of time trying to get through on the phone. they obviously don't care that in today's world people are struggling to pay genuine companies for goods and services, without fraudulant ones ripping them off!
I purchased a toner cartridge for next day delivery, 7 days later, numerous emails and tweets to them and nothing, no response. Despite having asked them for basic information they couldn't and wouldn't help.
My advice, STAY AWAY. Do not waste your time
We've had 2 reasons to complain to this lot within the last 6 months or so:
1) We paid an extra £10 for next working day delivery of a toner cartridge. Just after we had ordered, someone from the company called us to make sure we understood it was next working day and not 'next day' (which we did). However, the order then didn't actually arrive for 3 working days anyway! No refund given of our £10, only some strange email offering us a small discount next time we ordered.
2) For some reason, we gave them another chance. This time they sent us the wrong toner cartridges and then refused to refund the money. After having to send them photographs of the toners to prove they didn't fit, and also then another photograph of our printer itself to clarify what it was called, it turns out that although quite clearly labelled as an HP Laserjet P3015, according to the PrinterInks website it's actually called an HP Laserjet Enterprise P3015, and subsequently I had ordered the wrong toner. While the above is both irritating and inconvenient, I can understand sort of how it happened, and on its own it wouldn't be enough to move me to comment. However, the mind-bogglingly rude and downright unhelpful attitude of the Customer Service team almost left me speechless! The Customer Service person I spoke with was so bad I honestly began to wonder if I was taking part in some kind of "You've Been Framed" sketch without my knowledge. Nor would she put me through to the Manager, though apparently he is going to call me back in an hour...
I still don't know if I can return the toners and get my money back.
In short, a useless, hostile bunch of crooks!
This company are a fraud. They do not send out the goods and do not respond to complaints by email or by phone. I am still awaiting an order made nearly a month ago, and have only had generic emails giving me new dispatch dates which come and go without any sign of the product.
I am now pursuing a refund and will follow up my complaints with the Advertising Standards Agency and the Distance Selling Regulations. I would recommend that others do the same in order to stop cheating companies like this from duping other naive customers.

Their "Genuine Lexmark" recycled cartridges turned out to be Tesco branded ones. These wouldn't work in my printer but the company refused a refund as I had had them for longer than their time limit. True, as I like to keep a spare so that I am never without ink and because the genuine Lexmark ones last up to 12 months.
I wish I'd found this site before I ordered from them. I have a similar story of long delays, wrong ink, slow or non-existent replies to emails and phone calls. I returned the wrong ink they sent. The company has refused to send me my money back. claiming the package arrived opened (not by me!). My credit card provider recommended I ask for the disputed item to be returned. Subsequent emails have been ignored. I don't give up too easily, nor does my credit card provider. I will keep you posted.This company has acted disgracefully so far.
My complaints that catridges supplied for my HP printer wouldn't work are largely ignored. Repeated emails have resulted in total silence, except for their reply to the first telling me to try this; try that; They seem reluctant to accept that the stuff simply does not wprk. And yet, I still I get emails from Heather telling me how much she misses me and begging me to come back. She has to realise there'll be no more business from me, as it's like throwing money down a drain!!!
I'm not a huge user of printer cartridges but as I have a small home business I do need to keep costs of consumables as low as possible without compromising quality. I must say the results from any cartridges I have bought from printerinks have been every bit as good as the original article, and this has been the case on a number of different printers over the years.
