Own brand ink prices way below Epson`s own extortionate prices and print quality Ok, although I haven`t tried photos as the printer does not do them well anyway. Ordering is easy as site navigation is good and inks come quickly in a good package. Overall I would recommend to anyone.
I bought a cartridge from Printerinks for my Epson Picturemate printer, which did not fit into the printer. I notified Printerinks on 5 occasions by email asking for a refund and means of sending back the faulty cartridge
Apart from an automated acknowledgement of receipt of my emails - I have had no response to my complaint and no refund of my costs. I am now at a loss how to recoup my cost and what to do with the faulty cartridge

Here's me thinking Printerinks was worth buying inks from. So far my experience with having to buy a new computer Canon 3150 is DIRE. I know it's near Christmas and things can get lost in the post, but several things have gone wrong.
1. The first colour printer ink CL-541i bought did not work.
2. I rang Printerinks, who said I needed a compatible B&W ink, which I paid for and which they sent.
3. This still did not work, so they said they would replace the colour as it could be faulty, and would send it forthwith (over a week ago) and they would send a bag to return the original colour in. So far I have received and heard NOTHING!!! No I have not rung them, as I was ill during the last two days, but will do so next week,
Although I thought this offer was too good to be true ie.very ,very competitively priced, after the initial problems of installing the ink cartridges were overcome I feel confident in recommending these inks. The inks were delivered promptly and in excellent condition.

I ordered 2 black ink cartridges and after over a week had expired I had still not received them. I rang PrinterInks who said they were sent out next day. The agreed to resend me some recorded delivery, which I was grateful for as I needed them urgently due to going on holiday and needing to print holiday details.
I came home from work a couple of days later and only by chance did I notice a package had been left next to my bins. Turns out to be the cartridges! They obviously didn't send them recorded, and there was no note through my door saying they had been left by my bins. I can only assume the first package may have been delivered, left the same way, and someone walking past had taken it!
Thank goodness I went to my bins and noticed the parceel, not impressed with this service though
Having ordered and paid extra for fast, international delivery, I waited in vain and had to buy more Epson inks locally costing me a further €45+.
The reason for the delay is that you placed my UK invoice address on the front of the package next to the delivery address. Needless to say, the Post office sent it to my invoice address. The Post Office would not have made such a stupid error had you had the sense to blank out the invoice address, placed it inside the parcel address or excluded it altogether. This information is confidential and doe not belong on the front of parcels. A refund is now due to me
