When my Brother printer failed I had just stocked up with new ink cartridges so they became useless to me as I purchased a HP 1050. I contacted Printer Inks who guided me what to do and they took back my surplus cartridges and gave me a credit note so that after a few weeks I was able to top up with some HP 301's and received them promptly in 3 days.
