Impressive Service
Phoned Printerland at 4.30pm after my Canon Printer finally gave up the ghost, needed a replacement in a hurry to continue my business. The Representative told me that she will try to get a replacement to me next day free of charge. I doubted her claims, but ordered anyway, to my surprise a courier delivered the Samsung printer as promised, at 1 o'clock. Pretty impressive Eh?

Great pices, great services, fast delivery
At Push the Envelope we have used Printerland many times.
We are a mail house and obviously do a huge amount of laser printing - it is critical to our business.
Printerland have never failed to provide what we need at the best price. But price isn't the only consideration. Speed of service and advice regarding printers is second to none. In fact, with our most recent buy, we contacted Printerland to buy a particular model of printer but were pointed in the direction of a far superior model at comparable cost, higher speed and less expensive, more environmentally friendly consumable.

Doubly impressed with this outstanding supplier.
This was my second deal with Printerland. I bought a Brother MFD a few months ago, and was very impressed with both price and speed of delivery.
They helpfully included a sticker to secrete on the printer so when consumables are needed you don't need to search again - but me being a cynic I still compared prices first, and was very pleased to find that they were true to their promise and were the cheapeast I could find.
I just bough a black toner, and it arrived quicker than I expected and well packaged.
I also like the communications from this outfit - they are strongly recommended.

Excellent Service and Super Fast Delivery!
Was looking to replace our laser printer with limited fuss and expense and found that Printerland were both the most competitive and most helpful. They were efficient with their paperwork and even though I'd ordered at 4.30pm the printer, a Lexmark, arrived at 8.30am the next day!! They have also followed up the sale and ensured that I was completely happy. Unusual to get this level of service - thank you!

Outstanding in every way!
I was looking for a new multi function printer and did some research around the web. Found an Epson product I liked and the reviews of it were excellent so I decided on that one (WP4545). I then looked to see where to buy it from and it was for sale in my local PCWorld at £289 - they wouldn't budge on price, so I decided to buy on-line. Found it at a good price but then came across Printerland. Their reviews were so good I decided that I wanted to buy from them even though they were a few pounds more expensive. I noticed their price promise on the web so when phoning my order through on Tuesday morning asked if they would price match - 30 seconds later they agreed! Next day delviery was confirmed and it arrived at 7.15am!!
Really excellent service - can't think how it could be any better and the printer itself is just superb. Thankyou for a truly outstanding buying experience.

Superb service

Top Class Service In Every Way - Look No Further!

I needed to buy a new toner for my home laser. I came across printerland after surfing and found TrustPilot too. I read the reviews and decided to look at the website.
The website was very clear and easy to use. Even better they had some amazing deals on there in conjunction with manufacturers. Instead of a new toner cartridge i have a brand new printer, with 5 years warranty, and once the Samsung cashback arrives, for little more than I had to spend for the cartridge alone for my previous printer! Delivery and communication has been firstclass. I will be using them as preferred supplier as long as tehy keep up these standards. well done!

Simply the Best!!!!
Needed a new C710 fuser unit which was out of stock. Printerland and Oki sourced it and delivered in just a couple of days, even though it came from the Netherlands.
