Printerland guided me through the dense dark jungle of printer choice.
When my six-year old printer finally ceased to function I though that choosing a new printer would be a simple matter. Unfortunately my original printer was no longer in production, so a direct replacement was not an option. The more I looked at the very large range of printers available on the internet the more confused I became. I would make up my mind, only to read more reviews and become uncertain again! Mariann at printerland was brilliant. I had prepared a list of essential features, which I gave to her, and she quickly narrowed the choice down eventually highlighting one particular model. It has lived up to all expectations, is easy to use and does everything that I require. One could not ask for more.

Expert advice, excellent service, prompt delivery and good prices.
I wished to purchase a Colour Laser Printer and after much online research decided on a couple of potential models. Printerland prices were the lowest on the net so I phoned to check certain specifications.
The friendly sales assistant was extremely helpful and after carefully ascertaining my exact requirements suggested another Manufacturer’s model that in his view would be more suitable and better value in the long run. Although initial outlay was slightly higher, I immediately saw the logic of his advice and decided to change my choice of printer.
I ordered mid afternoon and the printer was with me by noon the following day. Amazing service!
I am extremely pleased with the quality of the product recommended to us, it is far more suitable than my original choice, all down to the excellent sales advice received from Printerland.

I use Printerland.co.uk as my main source for toners. With so much competition nowadays (and cold calling sales representatives) it is refreshing to have someone down to earth, knowledgeable and willing to help on the phone. I've never ever had any isues with orders, in either quality or level of service. With these next day means next day.
In terms of pricing they want your business. they offered to price match me if I could get it anywhere else with the item in stock.
Dealing with them in any way is a pleasure. On one instance a parcel hadnt arrived first thing, My first instinct was to call customer services to see if anything had gone wrong. Even though it was only 1pm. Yes I was so used to the deliveries being so good I thought there had been a mistake. Naturally someone else in my company had signed for the toners and not told me... a bit embarrasing with support but they were really helpfull and understanding all the way.
Whats this, icing on the cake... after the missing parcel debacle last week I had an email from the printerland team chasing me up on this, making sure I had everything I need and that all items are OK. This is 1st tier customer service and the reason i'm writing this review.
They have a lot to teach much bigger companies on how to deal with customers.

Perfect printer purchase experience
OKI printer ordered and paid for at around 4.30pm on Monday delivered at about 11.30am on Tuesday. The product was way cheaper than anyone else's price, came with a £30 manufacturer's cashback offer (which various other suppliers were not advertising...) and was delivered free of charge. Knowledgeable salesperson was able to answer technical questions (correctly) and to help to select the appropriate model of printer. Buy elsewhere at your peril!

Always in stock, always cheapest, POP Telecom only consumables supplier.
I first used Printerland when I needed to replace my office printers. As a telecoms company, Printerland advised us on a high capacity printer capable of my 8,000 plus prints per month. POP telecom purchased 2x Xerox 8870 with a cash back direct from Xerox. The units arrived in good condition and on time, unfortunately one item went faulty but a replacement was arranged for the next day. We now use printerland for our supplies as we have found them to be the cheapest on the market and always have stock. I would recommend Printerland for all your printer needs.
