Outstanding service and the best price to boot!
Although I have used printerland.co.uk before, I never simply return to a supplier without checking around for price and availability for every new purchase I make. Once again, printerland.co.uk provided the new laser printers and stock of toner cartridges I wanted. They had the items in stock, their web site is amongst the best I have used and, on this occasion, I called in to order as I needed them the next day. Sure enough they arrived the next day, as promised and, all at the best price I could find anywhere on the net. Outstanding service from a very, very good supplier. Keep it up and you will always get my business.

I am absolutely delight ed by Printerland's service.
I ordered my printer from them quite late in the afternoon, but it was delivered next day, before 10:00h, with free delivery. This company deserves to thrive, as its service is amazingly good. So, when I set it up, was the printer I bought from them. I have been thoroughly pleased with the whole transaction.

5 star service! It took less than 24 hours to order, arrive and set up. EASY!
I ordered a Samsung colour laser printer online just after lunch yesterday. The Printerland website's pretty intuitive, I paid with paypal, so all the payment and delivery details were sent immediately. It arrived at my door this morning! I set it up with the easy install guide and hey presto - less than 24 hours later here I am printing and scanning away. It was just so easy. No hasstle. No waiting. No fuss.
I also checked pricerunner for the best price and Printerland were by far the best deal by £10's of pounds. It's nice isn't it when you order something and it, well, just works.

Surprisingly helpful online retailer with excellent prices - would definitely use again!
I was looking for a new printer and had done quite a lot of research. I placed an order on Printerland as the prices looked good. A member of their team rang me up and asked if I was sure if it was the printer I wanted. At first this annoyed me, I'd done a lot of research. However, the person I spoke to had loads of product knowledge and understood my priorities. He wanted to check I'd seen another printer which met my requirements and had a special deal on which might save me more money. I agreed with him and bought that one instead. It's excellent. I got great customer service and aftercare with Printerland.co.uk, and couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Excellent Service
I wanted a good quality printer for our growing internet business. I ordered a Xerox printer that I thought would be good, but was unaware of the cost per page. Thankfully Dominic came to the rescue and after having a brief e-mail exchange and phone call he suggested another Xerox product. We have been using it for a month now and it is absolutely first class. Print quality is excellent and never produces variable results... it's also very quick and the price per page is very acceptable... i know where to come when i need more printers and accessories.

Poor initially, but resolved
Bought an Epson C1750N. Soon as I used it, it made a grating noise. I emailed Printerland but they didn't initially reply, so I contacted Epson as I really need a working printer. Epson said they'd send an engineer. Then I did get a reply from Printerland three working days after sending an email. However, they just pointed me in the direction of Epson. Epson said they'd call - but then apparently just turned up at my door while I was at work. They rearranged, but failed to make the visit despite me waiting in all day! I got back in touch with Printerland to advise them that they should send a replacement. They replied that there were no more in their stock (and Epson say they don't have any either!) so they'd have to arrange a refund - two weeks after this all began. Printerland shouldn't be leaving its customers at the mercy of Epson with a brand new product, they should take it upon themselves to sort. Won't be using Printerland or Epson again.
UPDATE
Just four minutes after posting this review I got a call from Printerland - disappointed that I gave a poor review. They then phoned back again saying that (miraculously) some Epson C1750N printers had just come in! I mean, what are the odds? They managed to get a delivery to me the next day. Unfortunately, the Epson didn't work! So they arranged for me to have an OKI C301dn at no extra cost. Unfortunately, when it was delivered it was HUGE - twice the size of the Epson. At my request Printerland said they would send me a Xerox 6000 instead (which I think is the same as the Epson). Amazingly this didn't work either out of the box, but with some fiddling on the paper tray (and setting it NOT to how it is described in the manual) it has started working. So full credit to Printerland for resolving it (though I'm left with a very poor opinion of printers generally!).

Great Service Super Fast Delivery
I received my new Cannon MG6350 printer yesterday morning at 10.00am after ordering the day before at around 3.00pm, the speed of delivery is almost unbelievable and has to be highly commended. The printer is absolutely great, I have been using HP professional printers for the past 20 years and this Cannon MG6350 absolutely knocks spots off my old HP officejet 6350 and is about half the price. Well Done Canon and many thanks to Printerland for your superb service - HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!

Helpful advice and great service!
I had an idea what printer I wanted to purchase for my business but unfortunately there was a long lead time on this. The guys at Printerland advised me on alternatives that met my needs and in the end I selected a higher spec printer which they offered at the same price. With next day delivery, all in all this was a great experience.

Simple order process, Fast delivery, Great price, Friendly service - what else can you ask for?
We ordered a Xerox printer from Printerland. We had used them before and remembered that they almost always had good prices with no delivery issues so we went back to them.
After ordering the printer we got an email from one of the staff at Printerland to tell us about how different Xerox printers are better for certain things. Specifically that certain models were very efficient on consumables and I seem to remember some comparison information was provided. From reading the email I got the impression that they would have allowed me to switch the printer if I wanted to. (Presumably before it was dispatched.) I was happy with the printer I had chosen so I didn't take up this offer - but it was nice that they took the time to make sure I was purchasing the right product for the job.
The only thing I was initially concerned about was that they may be waiting for a response about changing the printer before dispatching it. I intentionally did not respond promptly to find out and the printer did arrive on time so that's great.
Printer arrived promptly and worked immediately. The package was complete.
On the occasions that I have had communications with Printerland I have found them to be friendly, courteous and efficient. Their prices are generally good too which makes them the first place I look for printers now.
Their website and order process I barely even noticed. (Since you only tend to notice when you have problems!) Everything just went smoothly. It was clear and simple to use. They even highlight currently available Xerox offers.
What else can I say? 5 Stars from me!

Quick efficient service
Printer arrived when stated. All parts present, easy to install. Only one downside, printer does not seem as robust as old Oki C9300, but I guess that is modern life !!

PRINTERLAND - SO GOOD - WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE?
I have found that on price, Printerland are excellent. Sometimes they are not the absolute cheapest but always give them a ring because this is one of the few companies I have found that are always keen to do business with you if they can and customer service is second to none.

Can't be beaten for excellent customer service
We've bought alot of printers from them and the service just can't be beaten. The only time we had a problem with a printer failing and they had the new one delivered the next day and the broken one taken away.

printerland help you through the mfc minefield
just ordered 6 brother mfc from printerland and staff very helpfull. came when they said they would. have recommended them to some of my customers and all said very good. only frustrating thing for me is that i can buy brother products cheaper from printerland than brother direct and i am an agent.

I purchased my new OKI Printer from Printerland.co.uk, it wasn't my first choice, but customer services called me up and discussed some options with me based on my Company Requirements. The representative I spoke to was really friendly and helpful, and directed me to a printer more suited to my needs... saving me money too.

Lexmark Printer - makes printing easy!
I want my printer to a) be fast b) be easy to maintain and c) cost effective. My Lexmark printer is all of this and more. I recommend Printerland because I have ordered more than one printer from them and they make it easy to do business with them. One printer I ordered wasn't the right size for my office and Printerland made it so easy to return that printer and order a more appropriate sized one.

Fast and very good service
I have used printer land a number of times now and the speed at which the goods are delivered is very good, next day and free, I have had one occasion when I have had a problem with a printer and it was replaced with out any hassle.

Good value, Great Service and quick delivery
I work for a medium sized company and we have needed some MDF mono printers which were cheap to buy but also cheap toners and could scan to email. Printerland offered us some great savings on these which were delivered the next day. The sales team are very polite and friendly and couldnt do enough to help me. I will be going back to printerland in the future and would definately recommend them.

The website is easy to use but being me and preferring to talk to people I usually phone to place my order and always find helpful, pleasant staff on hand to take my order. Excellent efficient, competitive and a swift service.

Fast, efficient and a pleasure to deal with
I bought an OKi printer from Printerland along with some spare toner and although I didn't really know what I wanted, the customer service people really helped me decide on the one that is perfect for our company - and it is.
So far I have placed another order for toner and this was efficiently dealt with over email and the order turned up the following day.

A qick and friendly service
A good company to talk to about purchasing a new printer. Here at Tipton Times we were looking for a cheaper way of printing in house the front cover. Our big Riso digital printer could not give the resolution required and so we had to contract out the printing of the front cover. Our discussions with Printer land led to us purchasing a Epson work force which will pay for itself within a year. Subsequent purchase of ink cartridges has been speedy and efficient.
