Printing very good - delivery arrangements very poor
Generally our view is a very positive one. The last order was urgent and the delivery was made to the wrong address. The address label had the wrong number.
I would recommend the Company as on the whole I would rate 5*.
Dealing with the problem was OK but not quite what I would have expected.

Great service, but so-so product
Professionally run company. However, my two-sided business cards were cut so that the front edges were fine, but back edges were rough. In addition they couldn't deal with cut-lines on the supplied graphics and consequently didn't cut as instructed resulting in text out of balance at bottom.

Efficient, helpful and reliable.
I've used printing.com for several orders this year and I've always found them very helpful and cost-effective, especially in getting last-minute orders made in time for my deadlines. Their products are of a high quality, and online orders are followed up by personal phone-calls wherever necessary. I was initially a little disappointed when they moved their premises from Deansgate in Manchester to the Trafford Centre, but I've found that their delivery options means that there is no change to the service they can offer, so I've no doubt I'll continue using them.

Very slick ordeing process with personal touch
Found the ordeing process very easy, with different options very clear. Had personal contact from local Print room in Reading very promptly, kept informed every step of the way. Reason for not giving 5 star is because I think I should have chosen a nicer gloss finish for the business cards, which I will rectify on my re-order.

Great price, great quality, quick service
I ordered 1250 A5 leaflets and had no problem at all in passing on the artwork, getting them printed and delivered - all at an amazing price. Great service.

Friendly, Fast and Perfect!
I needed leaflets in a hurry for my sons charity night, when I called they said it would not be a problem and it wasn't!
In under 24 hours I had sent them an email with a template and they had them done before the time they had said. The online service is easy to use and if you have any queries the staff are extremely helpful and friendly while dealing with you. I will definitely be using their service again! Thank printing.com!

Good service however the number of artwork revisions I think caused irritation to them.
Having said this, friendly generally and willing to go the extra mile in terms of providing a good deal and shipping around the UK on my behalf. I will use again.

Online Reordering A Doddle & Quicker Than Expected Delivery
I'd put off sorting out a letterhead re-print as I'd assumed that it would take a while and need artwork to be resent etc. Having logged into my account, I found all the artwork from last time still there and re-ordering was very straightforward. The completed order arrived days before I expected it too, as well. Very pleased.

We won't go anywhere else for our stationary.
Ashley and his team provide an excellent service. When we walked out of the office after our first meeting, we said this is where we are getting all our stationary done. Their service is quick and efficient. Plus the product range always has just what we are looking for.

BRILLIANT AND EASY
We have used printing.com in the past and the standards were excellent along with great prices. Around 18 months later I have come back to them and they have all the previous prints on file so it was so easy. All I had to do was let them know of a few detail changes and a few days letter I had lots of new business cards! Very happy!

I have been very pleased with printing.com Glasgow on different occasions, I printed posters, flyers and invitations for an exhibition and business cards. The prints are always very similar to what I could see on my screen when preparing the images, they are ready very quickly and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

I SHOULD BE ON COMMISSION!
I really like the quality of printing.com and honestly the price is unbelievably low for what you get. I don't shop around for a price anymore a it is a waste of time and the staff are really helpful from start to finish. I honestly don't have a bad word to say about printing.com!

They know what they are doing!
I submitted by file, followed their guidelines and it worked fine. I would say that the timescales they give assume no revisions, so if you do make a change it will push back the delivery date.

Great response time, service and cost
I needed 5000 DL full colour double-sided fliers. As I live in a remote location the online ordering and artwork upload facility was incredibly useful and very easy to use. The account manager gave me some useful hints on my artwork and the whole procedure was seamless. The quality was very good, the price was excellent and the courier delivered quicker than anticipated. I would definitely use this service again.
