Extremely poor service

Order was not processed correctly by the local store and therefore print was not ready for our event. Ordered with 3 day turnaround on 30th May, collection now expected on 17th June.

Poor customer service, not returning calls or messages and providing an explanation for the error.

Another franchise has now picked this up and printing is due for collection on Monday.

    Thanks for the feedback. Your issue has highlighted a skills gap and issues that our regional manager will be addressing. Your leaflets were discounted for the delay and placed on our Xpress service at no extra cost meaning you received them as quick as possible once your order had been processed.
