Good helpful company

I had a voucher & it was great value, however the website I found to be quite hard to use! I ordered phone stickers & the problem I had was that it told you to click the part of the image you wanted to use but after doing that, any movement of the mouse would still move the picture! After several failed attempts and a few friends trying too to check I wasn’t being thick, I had to contact the company. They were very helpful & quick to sort it out. The problem was my web browser, I tried it in Firefox & it worked. However I would expect this to work in Google which I am sure most people use above anything else. I then had problems with the voucher code! This too was sorted out fairly quickly although annoying. Therefore the customer service I was impressed with, ease of use, sadly not.

Quick turnaround & delivery on item ordered (iPhone sticker). Good quality and
re-stickable, so you can keep repositioning it until you get it right. Didn't leave air bubbles unlike others I have used.

Really fast delivery & great communication

I used a voucher for these so the calendars worked out at £3 each including postage which I thought was very reasonable. Some difficulty navigating the site and uploading pics but the calendars arrived a week after ordering them and this was over Christmas! Paper quality could be thicker but the photos are great and will provide a wonderful memory for my mum and other recipient. Thank you - I would definitely use this company again.

Budget Calendars

I bought some groupon vouchers for 2for1 calendars.
I had issues with my computer and the company allowed me extra time to complete my order. Thank you for that !
2 x flip calendars and a CD style calendar.
The website was fairly easy to navigate around but took a while to get used to and was frustrating at times because some of my photos wouldn't fit into the area they allow.
The calendars were despatched very quickly but i have to agree with one of the reviews below.
The quality is not great for the main calendars although as a budget buy is acceptable and I am sure any grandparent etc would be thrilled to have one of the family. The envelope packaging wasn't robust enough to protect the calendar fully so there was a little crease and bent area on arrival.
The Cd calendar was lovely, no problems with cracks or anything and the pages were of better feeling paper.
All pictures printed quite nicely.
Would I use the company again ? ...... YES I think i would for a quick stocking filler present. If I wanted a special occasion calendar then I would probably shop elsewhere.
For the money though I am very happy.

Great all round

I found it pretty easy to upload my selected photos and then orientate them and crop them. I thought the photo uploader was quite intuitive. I have used other large companies to create personalised products before and in comparison found this one much easier to use. It took less than a week for the finished product to arrive and I am delighted with the results. I received emails updating me on the progress of my order which was useful as I knew when to expect it to arrive and it arrived well packaged so that my items were in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to recommend using this company.

MMMMMM problems+++

Well it was not easy uploading the photos but we got there in the end, took ages!!!

I bought a tickles voucher for 2 x A4 calendars including postage, uploaded the photos for 2 calendars and went to checkout, only to be asked to pay an extra £3.99, why??? the voucher should have covered it, no one to ring so only option was to pay the extra.

Calendars arrived, but not just 1 of each = 2 but 2 of each = 4 ???? very odd, again no one to speak to and no reply to my email as yet

Quality is ok ish , photos a little dark though

Packaging poor, a plain envelope too big for the calendars that got ripped open in the post, no damage but a little warped and damp

Great dellivery, shame about the quailty

I was really pleased with the speed of delivery, which was within a couple of days, but was sadly disappointed with the quality - the calendars are printed on poor quality paper which has been cut with a blunt cutter so there are ripples down the edge of the paper.
They were sent simply within a large envelope, which means that the paper has also become warped & distorted within the post, and there are extra blank pages in two of the calendars (although easily resolved by ripping them out).

The software to produce the calendars was also really really frustrating - I had to upload the pictures individually and they seemed to insert themselves onto the calendar regardless of where I cropped them.

Having said all this, I got the calendars on a 2 for £6 pre-paid offer - so at £3 each I cant really grumble... but would I buy again? I'm afraid not. Sorry

Very happy with the whole experience

I received my groupon voucher and went onto the site to create my calendar.
I found the whole procedure very easy and completely painless and was well impressed with the speed in which my calendars arrived at my door.
The quality was fine and I would be happy to use this company again

Calendar Success!

I found doing the calendar fairly easy, the only thing was, some people may not have liked the lack of flexibility on cropping the photos before they are submitted, it was good for my calendar because I wanted close up pics but someone who wanted to use the whole of their photos would find it a problem.

Took ages to make the calandar. Great when it came

Took ages to actually make the calandar. Sometimes the screen just went blank after uploading but maybe due to loads of people on there at same time? Took about 2 hour to make 2 seperate calandars for christmas presents using the groupon code.

Calandar arrived VERY QUICK! next day I think! Pictures are lovely but took a long time to sort it. If company made the software easier I would use them again.

nice product nightmare to create

good value groupon voucher and delivered quickly. creating the calendar was a night mare and wouldn't use this particular company again. Lost various attempts and still not sure the correct pictures appeared on calendar. is there an edit / crop feature available once picture uploaded??? however finished product very nice. whats this about captions - didn't even get that far!!

Is it me or is it the slow broadband speed in Norfolk? This is my second outing with printing made easy and luckily, my memory isn't what it used to be or I may have passed up the offer.
This time - with hindsight - I put all the photos to be considered into their own file, therefore only one place to locate them.
I then sat down, hot tea in hand and prepared myself to create a masterpiece.
Several hours later -having lost January to March inclusive - and added more grey hairs to myself - it was created.
It arrived by super mail I think, as it was on my doorstep 2 days later. It is simply gorgeous, but would I subject myself to it again?
Anyone know how to get the photos out of the album and onto the calendar or whatever?

Quality Products

I emailed the company twice asking a question in regards to a voucher I had purchased and had no reply. I uploaded the photos to make a calendar, but couldn't save my progress when building the calendar, and had to start over again as I couldn't complete it in one go. Other than that the product I recieved was of a very high quality and despatched quickly.

Worked hard to sort out the problems

I had a voucher for some photo cards. Unfortunately I could not upload my photos onto the website to produce the cards myself due to a technical problem. I contacted printingmadeeasy and they offered for me to email the photos for the cards to be made manually. This they did and I emailed the caption I wanted in each card. Unforutunately 4 out of the 5 cards had the wrong caption in. Thankfully the one I needed for a birthday in a few days was correct.
I contacted them again and they offered to reprint the cards. I resent the wordings and they reprinted the 4 cards that were incorrect. These arrived a week later and were spot on.
The people I dealt with were very helpful and tried hard to get my order correct and to me in time for an important birthday. It was a real shame that I had so many problems. Not being able to load the photos myself and the mistakes made havve put me off other purchases. I am pleased to see that other people have had a much more positive experience and they are certainly keen to ensure that any issues are resolved.

Immediate replacement for faulty calendar!

Very good service. One of the calendars I ordered came through faulty (the pages kept dropping out as perforations were not lined up). This was replaced immediately with no quibble. In fact I ended up with an extra calendar.

ok, but photographs in portrait are very small so stick to landscape only.

I was pleased with the quality but disappointed with the size of the photo in portrait style as it was reduced to the same height as in landscape. I would have preferred a change of size to the calendar dates rather than reducing the photo size.

Produced a calendar that looked great

The calendar was easy to produce and the downloading of the photographs was also relatively straight forward. It arrived within a few days and looked very professional.

Recently bought a phone skin for my iphone4. It came with instructions on how to apply it, arrived withing the 14day free delivery schedule and was the cheapest I found on the net! Got some calendars on order too, looking forward to seeing how they turn out.

Good, quick and cheap!

I always order my flyers from Printing Made Easy as they are always quick and good quality. I have tried other printers but they weren't quite as good a product.
The thing I most like is the fact I can upload my files and have no need to talk to anyone! This also means I can order any time of the day or night.
