prompt efficient effective
We used printmeit to print a banner and programmes they printed them off in good time and delivered with a smile.

the quality is good the follow up was not coordinated
When I placed the order for flyers and had an agreed date, an email from printmeit, asking me for confirmation landed in my spam box. As I had already received one confirmation of reception, I had thought printmeit was ready to print, but my unintended non-response delayed the printing and this wasn't communicated to us. When I called for follow up I was told delivery was planned for a later date as agreed previously (2 working days later), I could then have an urgent batch to be delivered for an extra fee so I had most of the flyers I needed in the end. The quality of the flyers was fine. I would have liked printmeit to contact us by phone to let us know that they were waiting for an answer and also to let us know later that the delivery wasn't going to be finished for the agreed date.

Promise what they preach.
Started working with Printmeit earlier this year and they have gone out of their way to ensure our work has reached our clients on time. Sometimes we have given them almost impossible deadlines but they still managed to fulfill their promise and deliver on time. I like the way they confirm on the day of delivery that the items have been delivered, without been chased. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Even quicker than promised !
We had prepared a tri-fold leaflet with around 70 images to publicise a village project to welcome the Olympic torch: emailing it was just beyond the scope of Live Mail, so we used the option of sending the work online. Two hours or more and it was there, and Printmeit said it might just be possible to have the leaflets back to us for 12 July (about 10 days off) - in the event, they arrived in time for us to distribute well before the 12th. Hence the five stars, and if there were six, we would have awarded them.

Fun and helpful staff make it pleasureable business
Gave a brief outline of requirements, showed them the "old" artwork got a modern response "pulling a nose" and then a professional response in designing a clean "modern" solution

Everything about Printmeit is excellent !
I have dealt with Printmeit for over three years and their service is first class. Their staff are most curteous and helpful. Orders sent to them have been completed, and sent back within one week.
Their prices are brilliant, as are their finished articles.

Nearly perfick!
Quality of printing is first class, speed of delivery worthy of a gold medal..... but two little niggles.....
1. No cover sheet on the pad as requested.
2. Pads bound on the long side and not on the short side as requested.
Both these problems have been overcome so all is well!

Ripped us off big time!!!!!
After using you for many years, I ordered (and paid upfront) for some more letterheads for one of my customers, you had printed these many times before - yet you printed them on inferior quality paper, you said it was 100g but we all know it wasn't (a thin 90g at best), my customer wouldn't accept them, you wouldn't re-print them, we had to get re-printed by another printer, so now you have lost my custom and 11 of my associated companies print work, just because you wanted to rip me off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sorry that you are unhappy with the paper. I can confirm we don't purchase any paper less than 100gsm stock and your job was printed on the correct stock.

Speedy, cost effective and a good end product
I feel slightly bullied about payment up front, but know the system now and so far, have always been very pleased with the brochures you have bulk printed for us.

Fantantic all round service!
I use Print Me It not just because they are a fellow social enterprise, but because they provide a good, value for money service. I had a slight problem once and the staff were on it immediately and resolved it within the day, you can't ask for more than that from a service.
