Ordered lots of stash with them. Promised deadline after deadline.
Dont then reply. Dont answer calls. Dont deliver.
Got 20 angry people with no stash and nothing to really show bar a crappy invoice.
Bad service, product not available and not friendly on the phone. Lack of interest for clients it seems. Still waiting for my refund which they would pay back the same day I called, which is over a week ago. Bunch of criminals..

I ordered some sailing boots online for which they took my money very quickly from my credit card. A few days later they phoned to say they could not get hold of the item and would refund my credit card - still waiting..... Tried calling them and it kept asking for my pin number(!) which I have never been given so calls were terminated. Emails they just ignored. Fortunately as I had paid with my credit card, I contacted my bank today who are going to refund me the full amount and they will pursue these "robbing cowboys"! Morale of this story is use your credit card if buying online from an unknown source at least you will be given some protection PLUS dont use this company, they are quick to take your money for orders they are unable to fulfil but then dont refund your cash! You could call them entrepreneurs in that they have established a strategy to get money off you and then not deliver or you could just call them absolute rogues!
They took my money immediately but never sent my goods. They are completely uncontactable. They even put the phone down!! I am not going to let them get away with stealing from me and persuing matters with trading standards.
Im not too far from Chesterfield so will go there if necessary. Why didnt I read the reviews on google first? They have robbed loads of people so I know Im not alone. I look forward to meeting them if the shop actually exists.
I ordered a basic Grays 400 hockey helmet on the 11.10.10. After x5 phone calls and a lot of hassle, they finally acknowledged 15 working days later that the product was discontinued, and they couldn't fulfill it. Strangely I didn't think that the offer of another helmet at twice the price met my idea of ' Highest level of customer service' (hence the product would have cost me more than it was worth - to me) - David Adams - a director wasn't any more helpful
