Good service with no problems
Speakers ordered and arrived, the foreign plugs on the leads supplied by the manufcturer were replaced promptly. Had some after sales queries on speaker leads, these were dealt with easily with my contact - Mark. I would have no hesitation in dealing with them again.

perfect service
The service I received from pro audio was faultless. I was originally ordering some krk rp6 monitors but changed my mind for the vxt6. I started the order for the vxts but at the payment section I decided to double check the dimensions on the vxts, I had assumed they were the same size as the rp6 but they were not they are a little bigger. as space was an issue in my mixing area I decided to leave the order whilst I mulled over the change in dimensions.
The next day I received an email from pro audio saying they noticed I hadn't completed the order, asking if there was anything I wanted to discuss regards the spec or pricing of the product. Generally offering their expertise and being helpful.
I didn't take up the offer of extra assistance but I did go ahead and order the speaker which I received the next day, and the shipping was free, oh and they were also pretty much the best priced online I could find.

First Class Service
Pro Audio Systems offer a first class service. Their prices are VERY competitive, their delivery is fast and efficient. Pro Audio Systems customer service is full of sound advice (pun intended) and top rate.
I would recommend this company to anyone that requires sound equipment.

Excellent service.
They rung me up to inform me that the delivery may be delayed due to flooding that was happening at the time rather than just letting it happen and waiting me to contact them if there was a problem. They were extremely helpful and polite and I would definitely place an order with them again. Better than the service I receive at many other digital audio shops.

Pro Audio Systems: I've used in the past and will use in the future!
Ordered 4 x 15m Van Damme speaker cable with connectors to upgrade my current unbranded speaker cable - The difference in clarity was truly substancial. My advice for what it is worth... if you want more than good sound then use the best that you can afford, Van Damme cable delivers crisp clear sound and these guys can certainly supply these cables efficiently the following day.

Music From My Dining Room

Used them for coming on 5 years now from sales to hire. Always been perfect and more than helpful.
I've hired so much gear from them in the past 5 years. From just microphones to full systems for theatres.
Andy & Mal in hire have always been there to answer any or all questions and if they're busy they get back promptly. The gear is always in pristine condition will all racks & desks wired neatly and ready to go. Compared to other hire services they really know how to look after their gear.
Their sales section is great and pricing very competitive. If you not quite sure what you want the staff are well educated and guide you to find the best product for your needs & price range. I ordered an item which was out of stock recently and they called me up within 5 minutes to let me know that a) it wasn't in stock and b) a date that i'd get the item in question. This really is great when compared to other retailers that will take your money and leave you waiting for weeks if not months with no phone call or email to let you know and you're left guessing.
I can't recommend the guys enough, its very rare to find such great customer relations nowadays.

Excellent service. Fast, efficient and met requirements.
We required a pa and video system for our multi use single hall centre. We had some specific requirements because of our set-up. ProAudio were able to design, provide and install a very good solution at a competitive price. The installation went very well on the date promised. We have been very pleased with the system and with the after sales support.

Great service, good value
Great customer service from your sales rep Tom. Very knowledgeable and friendly - nothing was too much trouble, and we felt we got a good deal as well.
We've been very satisfied with the product, and are still using it on a weekly basis, with good results. We'd definitely come back to PAS for future purchases of any music tech equipment.
