Good products, good prices - Sack the stock checkers
I have ordered a fair few bits from PBK recently.
Waited two weeks for a group set and a set of handlebars to arrive, which never did. Instead I was greeted by an email confirming that the handlebars I ordered were no longer available. No mention of the groupset, until I ring up a week later and told, oh sorry the whole order was cancelled as we haven't got the item in stock. Apparently it is against policy to substitute an almost identical product in for the one you have ordered.
Don't get too excited if you see something for a good price on the website. As likelihood is (unless it's something small!) they probably don't have it in stock.
In summary, an online bike shop that has the potential to be good, if it addresses it's customer service and actually advertises stock that it is available for them to sell. -
