damaged goods and not able to return !

Make sure you know that you cannot return damaged items, pro cook want photo of damage sent to them which i am unable to do, i just want to return the item and recieve a new one, what about those of us who cannot do this i wish i knew before i would never have made purchase from them and goods i've had before have not been damaged so i have not had this problem before.
