I have ordered and received many products from Procook. I have been entirely happy with their excellent products. Recently I made a silly mistake and did not open a package until three months after receiving it. It was my fault when I then discovered a glass dome was shattered in pieces. On calling the Customer Services Dept. I found that I had no right to receive a replacement as the thirty day period during which to report any problem had passed. I am able to say that the cost of my replacement order was refunded, following my letter to explain that, on receipt of the second cake dome, I realised the original had a packaging "blip." I am delighted with the polite and very helpful service I have received from the staff at Procook. I would recommend them to anyone as being a first class company.
