Confusing web site
I have an induction hob and its never clear what pans in what ranges are suitable or not. Need to have an area just for pans suitable for induction hobs.

Love my new insulated caffetiere !
I recently purchased a large doubvle-insulated stainless steel caffetiere from Pro-Cook. The caffetiere is brilliant - keeps the coffee piping hot which I've sometimes found lacking in other caffetieres I've owned. The service from ProCook was excellent and super-fast delivery too. Wow - very impressed!
I was extremely impressed wit the service that Procook provided - my order arrived very quickly, and although a couple of items were damaged in transit, replacements were dispatched immediately. The customer services team were very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate using Procook again and recommending to collegues.

great pans and postage.
the pans are true quality and you know that they will out live there warranty and the free postage and packaging with orders over £100 means you get them fast and with no hassle. oh and i forgot to mention there website is (at this time) half price on everything!! what are you waiting for!

best cuppa I've had in a long time
I just bought this lovely tea pot from a company called ProCook. I found this site on the pc and was very taken by it. When my tea pot arrived there was a small book with it, showing the hole range of their products and the addresses of shops. To my amazement they had a shop just near where I live. I made my way there on the Wednesday and bought a Bread bin and a sink drainer I am just as pleased with these items. My son wanted a cafetiere and I told him about ProCook. He was very interested and asked me to get him one for his birthday, which I did and he is over the moon with it.
The assistants in the shop were polite and helpful. The shop was clean and the products shown to their best advantage.

I Really Would Reccommend ProCook Products To Anyone
You just know anything from ProCook will be well designed and well made of quality materials. I have bought several things from them over the years the first being a wok with lid which gives my household sterling service several times every week. The latest was a mandolin slicer which is excellent. Again it is well designed and of quality construction. I would recommend ProCook products to anyone. Their products ane very competitively priced as well.

ProCook 9 pce Knife Set
Delighted with the quality of the product, knives well balanced and have a nice "feel", heavier than I am used to but this proved to be an advantage when chopping fresh vegetables. Wooden storage box is well made and prevents any "accidents" when knives are kept in a cutlery drawer. Would recommend these as extremely good value for money.

i bought these pans because i have just had a new cooker and thought they would look good on it they do look good but they also are super. dont stick easy to clean a good weight best pans ihave ever purchased.

wonderful service and extremely good quality
The cafetiere lovely but probably just big enough for two cups (300ml) which actually I expected since measuring before I bought! The small wok at £8 was a terrific buy - again small but superb quality. The weekend I bought there was free p and p so delighted with my purchases.

I purchased a pan set and a knife set from ProCook as I needed them for my new kitchen. I was impressed first by the great value of the products and by reading the reviews decided to give them a go.
The delivery arrived super fast and I have to say that I am very impressed with the quality of the products so far. I have only just moved into my new home so have only used the pans and knives a couple of times but so far they have proven to be of excellent quality and perform really well. The pans have a good heavy feel to them and they clean easily and the knives feel comfortable in my hands and are super sharp.
I would recommend ProCook products to anyone looking to buy good value and quality kitchen products.

Excellent service, excellent product
I have been looking for a cast iron cooking pot, for a gift, for some time.. The pot we decided upon was £70, reduced to £35 which made it very reasonable, ordered on a Sunday and delivered (as promised) on the Tuesday - you can't ask more than that!

Service that excels.
This is the first time I have used ProCook and I ordered a set of pans. The website is very easy to use and I couldn't fault the next day delivery. The items were extremely well packed. No chance of any accidents or dents there. The pans are lovely to use. Very sturdy but not so overweight that you need muscles like Arnie to lift.
The whole shopping experience was a doddle and I'll certainly use them again.

Excellent products, Excellent Prices and Excellent Service
I have ordered quiet a lot of products now, they always come quickly and the quality is amazing I would not get my cookware anywhere else now, and once I had a problem they had taken postage and packing when it was free that weekend, one phone call and it was all resolved a refund was issued immediately. I am now waiting for the next free postage and packing deal and I am going to order another stock pot, excellent for cooking pasta or soup, though I have so much now don't know whether I can get any more in my cupboard!!! but it does all get used
