I've always wanted some good pans so when we went to Cheshire Oaks Outlet some weeks back I treated myself to two ProCook gourmet stainless steel pans, when I first used them I was so delighted that I send for three more. They are excellent.

Superb product
Ordered on excellent easy to use website. The two knives I ordered where inexpensive and of better quality than I expected the price was the cheapest I could find on the internet. They arrived next day well packed and promptly. My wife is delighted with the knives which are razor sharp.

What a fantastic service, delivery was prompt, packaging fantastic, will use Pro Cook again without hesitation.
I recently made a purchase for a Stock Pot and Steamer. The delivery arrived very promptly. Sadly when I unpackaged the item, although it was very well packaged, the stock pot was slightly damaged. I thought oh know this could be a problem. But NO, not with Pro-Cook. I was asked to send a photo over on email, which I did, I received an almost instant response with a very polite apology message . To inform me a replacement would be sent. Didn't think for one minute that it would arrive wthin 48hrs, what a delight, can't wait for the weekend, to cook roast dinner and steam all my veg. Wonderful customer service, great delivery and above all, great products. Look out for my next order!!!! Jak

Fast And Efficient Service
This was the first time I used ProCook and I have to say the service was very good fast and efficient. Unfortunately I misplaced the instructions for the Grill so if someone sees this from Procook is it possible to e mail me a copy of the Care Instructions.

NO TIME IT TOOK TO SHOP AT PROCOOK!
Fantastic experience. Wanted some new scales; had seen what I wanted in
a household shop but not the colour. Came home, went on line and hey presto, there they were, same thing as I wanted but virtually half the price!

ProCook is an excellent firm to do business with. The item i ordered is excellent, very favourably priced and, true to their word, my scales were despatched immediately without any fuss. Ha ving had a set of ProCook scales for years (these new ones were for a gift) I know just how reliable, and pleasing their cookware is.

EXCELLENT ------ DEFINATELY l recommend
I ordered on line, and was VERY impressed. FANTASTIC service and easy tracking etc. Would DEFINITELY recommend. I nearly only gave 4 stars as I was worried about the packing. Frying tonight.
Perfect. I didn`t really expect this product to be so efficient. It`s size cooks a large meal, It`s versatility of use is outstanding. I would recommend this product to everyone who either cooks or wants to. Last week our daughter in law came from Collchester to visit and on seeing & using it made me order her one. Which I have.

Personal, speedy service
I needed to find out some information about the size of cookie cutters being sold at ProCook. To be honest, it was a rather mundane question, and I half expected not to receive a reply.
A delightful person called Beth went out of her way to find out (she actually went off and measured them) and came back really quickly with all I needed to know.
In the event, the cutters weren't the size I was looking for, but that wasn't the issue. I was given very helpful and friendly advice and it showed the company (as well as Beth) in a very good light!
Customer service is everything and when it's excellent, it's not forgotten!

size is not everything.....
I have a small combi oven and the baking traYs supplied are so big that they knock the sides of the oven. These small ones are just fine and if not big enough for the dish I am cooking, , well I can always buy another one.

Red casserole delight
I bought this caserole on friday, by saturday it was in the London hub. As it was Bank Holiday I teceived it on the tuesday. Absolutelu delighted. will buy more from this company next week. A great asset to any kitchen.
