jeg søgte en atletico trænings fodbold trøje på nettet men den var helt op i 81 Euro på alle sider jeg søgte på.... så falder jeg over www.prodirectsoccer.com og fandt den til 30 Euro. i starten tænkte jeg det nok bare en fake side, så jeg tjekkede den her inde, mange Engelske personer føler at de er blevet snydt, men jeg tog chancen og bestilte den alligevel over www.prodirectsoccer.com, efter ca 22 timer fik jeg en mail at den er sendt og er på vej til mig. super lækker side, det ikke sidste gang jeg handler der.
I haven't had any problems the 8 times or so i have ordered from Pro direct soccer, the shipping has taken the advised time or less and the goods have been as described.
But i have a suspicion that some of the bad reviews here have been meant for 'Soccer Pro Direct UK' since it is Prodirectsoccer's Trustpilot page that pops up first when you google "soccerprodirectuk tustpilot" and not http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/soccerprodirectuk.co.uk and their goods seems quite fake

Pro direct soccer è uno dei migliori siti esteri dal quale io abbia acquistato forse meglio anche di amazon.uk. Spedizioni rapidissime con corriere TRACCIABILE a prezzo contenuto. Prezzi molto competitivi e se si becca l'offerta giusta c'è la possibilità di risparmiare oltre il 50%. Servizio clienti davvero ottimo anche in italiano, ho avuto modo di sperimentarlo dato che avevo difficoltà a tracciare il pacco. Mi hanno risposto e risolto il problema in giornata. Acquisterò sicuramente di nuovo da loro quindi mi sento di consigliare a tutti questo sito.
There are better options out there: stay away from this store. On Christmas day I discovered they had shipped me the wrong item and contacted them immediately. No response to the first e-mail. I sent another one a few days later and they offered to replace the wrong item, but I had to pay for the shipping cost for the return. Since it was their mistake, I refused and they offered a pre-paid shipping label. In mid January, I received an e-mail that my return/exchange was processed and the replacement item had been dispatched to me. At the beginning of February, I had not received anything, so I contacted them again. Their response was that the item they sent as a replacement was currently out-of-stock (if they sent it, how can it be out-of-stock !?#). Tired of dealing with them, I requested to cancel the order and be done. Timidly, they offered to replace the original item with a comparable one. Fine with me, but then of course it could not be that easy ! I had to place a new order for the similar item, and then they will discount it by 10% and, after shipment, cancel the original order. I can already image what else could have happened if I kept following their story. Forty days later, I still don't have the item I ordered, and exhausted I decided to cancel the original order and go shop somewhere else. Avoid the hassle and start from my conclusion: go shopping somewhere else.
Hvis man bliver udsat for en dårlige oplevelse inde på Pro Direct Soccer, er man selv uden om det! Det er virkelig en fantastisk side, med kæmpe udvalg af alt fodboldelskerens hjerte begærer. Jeg bestilte et par målmands handsker og et par løbesko, og seks dage efter lå de på posthuset. Men de bliver leveret på posthuset, og ikke til privat adressen. Men det er en fantastisk side, og det er ikke sidste gang jeg har handlet der!
Jeg bestilte et par fodboldstøvler fra dem den 8. Januar, til en super god pris. Der stod at der ville gå 7-14 dage, men har allerede modtaget dem i dag, d. 13. Januar. Kan kun sige jeg er 100% tilfreds, og kan sagtens anbefale dem!

I placed an order which was displayed IN STOCK, to be delivered in 2-3 business days. However, after processing this order and giving payment and delivery details it said that the item was currently OUT OF STOCK. I therefore cancelled the order. However, 1 MONTH LATER I was charged and received this order without my permission. This was a new transaction that happened without my authorisation and against their own terms and conditions. It is unfair commercial practice and prohibited by UK law under The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (2008).
Customer support do not care that they are breaking the law and do not take responsibility for their illegal transactions. They could not even confirm that the item could be returned and fully refunded including delivery charges.
For en sikkerhedsskyld tjekkede jeg siden herinde og var rimelig nervøs for at bestille hos dem. Dog, var jeg så desperat efter at have fat i nogle Nike Hypervenom Phantom Sort/orange, at jeg tog chancen og minsandten om de ikke dukkede op, freaking 2 dage efter:D
Via deze site een x aantal producten gekocht. Voor het bestellen telefonisch contact opgenomen en een uitstekend geholpen. Checken direct de voorraad voor je zodat je zeker weet dat hetgene er is wat je wilt. Daarnaast prima service met DPD van de UK, track & trace werkt prima! Vier sterren gegeven omdat de levering vanuit de UK sneller zou kunnen en dat er (nog) geen Paypall betaalmogelijkheid is.
Verder dan dat zou raad ik deze webshop van harte aan.
Wish I,d read the reviews on this site! I paid £125 for the pantofalora boots for my son kangaroo leather. He wore them 3 times and they split. I sent pictures, emailed and called and never even got a response.....never had such poor service. My son plays at academy level and we will be sure not to use this company again as he's had hundreds of pairs in the past from other companies and never had a problem.
Don't throw your money away. Beware of faulty goods. I now have the hassle of going to consumer rights. That'll be fun.
I ordered some TruSox and over two weeks of waiting, finally got a phone call after a week of enquires. They apologised, then offered free delivery ( sounds good, sounds too good! ).
Then charged me the top delivery price, and have yet to deliver the TruSox ( after being told they would dispatch on the 16/08/13 ) . In total, my order was placed on the 09/07/13... and I am still waiting for a response while my money is being held by their accountants.
I can not believe how poor the service is from: "THE WORLD'S LARGEST ONLINE FOOTBALL STORE"

Jeg har bestilt fodboldstøvler der fra 3 gange før, og har lige bestilt endnu par. Det har jeg fordi det er et super sted at købe fodboldstøvler. Jeg har fået skrevet navn på mine støvler hver gang, og har fået dem indenfor en uge, selvom de skriver 7-14 dage. Der er hurtig levering selvom det ikke er i England, og så er det gode priser!
don't bother returning anything to this company .I returned a pair of 11 pro boots that split after wearing them 5 times, and they would not exchange them. called them a number of time and was told a manager was going to call me back ! after 4 call to them he did (after he had sent the faulty boots back to me) he tried telling me that they use different leather on the fg &sg boots, when I said they were made from kangaroo leather how could it be different? I could not answer this. (I guess it must be it a foot & arm )??total waste of £110, beware don't buy from them
Ive ordered quite a bit of stuff from these guys and in the main they are good. Next day delivery items have always arrived the next day via DPD. Ive had customised boots whcih were done to a very high standard also. On the flipside a return item went missing once and luckily it was recorded but it did take some time before I got my money back even though it was signed for by someone in their warehouse nearly a month before. They could also do with a non 0845 number as this a can rack up a hefty bill if your speaking to someone for a time. They also seem to suffer quite a bit from pre-order items not turning up on the dates they post on their site which has resulted in me to cancelling items a number of times and getting it elsewhere. Although it may be the suppliers fault, the staff dont really know when stuff is going to come in even if the site says something completly different. So in the main good for stuff thats in stock, but let down by communication and returns from my side.
Cancelled a preorder item and prodirect decided to send me it anyway and take my money, not impressed. So now ill have to fork out returning them from my own pocket even though it wasnt my fault. Sweet.
