Great Bunch of Guys.
I live within driving distance of the shop in Leeds so I like to visit rather than buy online, I think the prices in store are just the same as online unlike some other retailers. The staff know their stuff and are eager to talk and share knowledge without any pressure to buy. They have a little seating area and drinks are available if, like me, you take along your suffering spouse. And you might be lucky to meet Henry, the biggest and most friendly dog in the world. Personally I suggest you ask for Andy when you visit, but all the guys in there are great.

My first order with these guys, and everything was flawless, absolutely flawless.
Ordered, arrived next day. Great customer service when there turned out to be a problem with the card I used. Delivered by DPD so I knew exactly when it would turn up. Great service and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Great product and a great price
The Scarlett 2i2 bundle is an excellent starting point for anyone beginning home recording directly into a mac. The price for this was better than anywhere else on the web.
It came well packaged and delivery was next day and within an allotted hour, which means the whole day is not written off waiting around.

I purchased a absolute zero set of head phones ,because the one I wanted was out of stock ,I was contacted immediately and offered a better pair at a good price and next day delivery perfect transaction from beginning to end .would use again with confidence the headphones are perfect for my needs blocking sound from outside and only need to be on low level excellent

You can't BEAT the quality of service from the production room staff !!!
I had decided to go back to basics when buying the 2box digital drum set after much online searching forums and youtube demos ...I visited the local stockists in leeds for the simple reason ....you can't in any way beat personal service especially of high quality ...i was not in anyway disappointed ... knowledgeable warm and friendly ...i shall be ordering additional product without any hesitation in the future ...

Excellent Knowledge and value!
I have been to production rooms a few times now, and everyone is always so helpful.
If you want to just try out the latest gear then thats fine and their product knowledge is amazing. I have spent money with them based on in store recommendations and always been impressed!

Best prices available with excellent personal service, unbeatable :-)
I've purchased items 3 times from Production room now, with each purchase running smooth and delivery within a week. 2 of the times a had a call to discuss the purchase from an actual human which is always good. This time I ordered a krk subwoofer and paid for an ex demo model, 2 days later i recieved a call to say they had no ex demo ones in stock, and would of course send me a brand new one for the same price, this coupled with the returning customer discount of 5% made them untouchable on the price, cheaper by £35 than their nearest rival.
Won't buy studio equipment from anyone else now.

The real deal !
I have used The Production Room twice now to purchase music gear and both times I was not disappointed with the service I received. For me the best part of the service was the time the 'sales team' member spent on the phone with me making sure that I had all the information that I needed regarding the kit that I was about to buy. Cant fault them. 10/10 from me.

Great after sales care and support
I have purchased many products from Production Room. Ranging from MIDI Controllers to Headphones and Active Studio Monitors. Even years after purchase I can still count on the team at Production Room to give me the after sale care and support I need, even at the busiest times they can always find time for you. Excellent - highly recommended!
I purchased an sE Gemini III from Production Room, and I had an excellent experience. I spoke to a great guy on the phone, whose name escapes me, unfortunately. He sourced the mic, contacted me the next day with an expected arrival and delivery date, and offered me a good deal.
In addition to this, they keep me informed of special offers - and exclusive ones too. I ordered an XLR cable which was out of stock, and they called me within an hour or so to tell me they weren't getting any for a while, which gave me the opportunity to purchase elsewhere.
I cannot fault them and I hope they continue to provide an excellent service.

Best retailer of studio products in the UK in my opinion...
I first met the guys from PR at the MPS show in London a couple of years ago and was immediately impressed by their keen attitude to work with you on solutions to your needs, along with being very sympathetic to price at the same time. I have since bought pretty much ALL of my newly purchased studio gear from them. They offer a real, old school "music shop" attitude to their work - but at Online prices... Delivery is ultra quick and the goods always come exactly as expected with no bad surprises - you even get the odd freebie thrown in from time to time if you speak to them nicely...:) I consistently recommend wherever I can...Great company

Nobody Better!
Every time I have purchased off production room the quality of service is very high.
If you have any issues about products the team are very responsive and easy to talk to.
On top of this if an item is out of stock the company will do their best to either find a replacement or they will order it in for you.
Overall a brilliant company and highly trust worthy.

Surperb Service, Friendly, Welcoming and Extremely Helpful when in need of Support
I purchased an 'open box' Saffire 24 DSP Sound Interface card over the telephone and the lady was very polite and helpful. My order was despatched same day and received the following day.
Unfortunately, my item developed a fault the same day and I had to call customer services regarding this. Thankfully, the service I received had been first class, after I reported the fault the unit was swapped out rapidly, no questions or quibble.
Highly recommended and I'd like to thank Production Room on a very friendly, easy and smooth transaction.

The nicest and most professional audio specialists work at Production Rooms!
The service they provide is everything you would want from a music tech store. They are very happy for you to try before you buy, and there is always someone who can answer the most technical and obscure queries. Ive been to most of the main London pro audio stores and very few compare to the all round quality of Production Rooms!

Excellent all the way!
Excellent stock, excellent service - highly recommended 5*
Ive gone a little crazy this year whilst upgrading my home studio, picking up a Nord Lead 2x, Moog Minitaur, Gemini 5 and a Blue Bluebottle, aswell as Cubase 7, a couple of the Korg Monotrons and a Launchpad. The service has always been excellent and I had a mic stand thrown in with my Gemini.
With the Cubase purchase, Production Room beat a better price from another online retailer and then kep that open for me for a week or so until I had the hard cash! Wow
Great service and the staff are always very friendly, in person or on the phone, and happy to help and advise.
I've also attended one of the Cubase demo evenings and was welcomed warmly and was kept topped up with tea and a beer. You can't say fairer than that.

Highly Recommended - a Great Company to Deal With
I recently bought a new Neumann U87 studio condenser microphone from Production Room. Their price was very competitive and they always go the extra mile to help. Amazing service
I rang up to request if I could order Komplete 8, pay by card, and then collect in person rather than waiting for delivery.
Production Room were more than happy to help and the payment process was quick and painless. Within an hour of deciding I wanted to buy Komplete I had it in my hands, installing onto my laptop.
Would recommend there services to anyone and I myself will be back many times, I'm sure. In short - exceptional service, good prices and all round a great bunch of guys to have a chat with!

Nothing too much trouble

Amazing service. Very knowledgable.
I love visiting the store. The staff are really great and knowledgeable. You know they are just as passionate as each customer that comes in. I love shopping there and always choose to go in store over shopping online because their prices are the same if not cheaper a lot of the time.

Went into the store last year to pick up a pair of studio headphones, they went through a great selection of them with me, and let test them out in store with plenty of material. the online web chat system is great and really help me decided what software to buy and gave a great price.

Exceededing Expectations Everytime
There is no need for gestures of good will at production room because they will not rest until you get what you need. After sales care is tremendous! I had a hard time believing that I was actually being treated like a person and not a walking wallet. Always a pleasure!

Goods out of Stock!
My order for my new Pioneer HDJ2000 headphones was placed on Monday the 25th and I needed them for a gig on Saturday. I was expecting the goods to be dispatched the next day and for them to be delivered by the Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. However, when I called up on Wednesday to check on the progress of my order they informed me that the goods were not in stock!! I finally received my headphones on Wednesday 3rd of April, which was nine days after initially placing the order, and four days after my gig!! It was hugely disappointing and resulted in me having to spend £50 on another pair of headphones for my gig. At no point during the ordering process was I warned that the goods were not in stock!

Placed my order late sunday evening, received a call Monday morning to say the headphones were out of stock but that I'd hopefully receive delivery by Friday. Received emails and texts to say items would arrive between 5.30 and 6.30pm on Friday. Arrived at 5.30pm on the dot! Included was a 5% off next purchase code.

First Time Ordering Gone Right :)
Specifically wanted some KRK VXT6 monitors and stands and DV247 were sold out. Found this website (they need to advertise it more!) and I asked if they would price match Thomann's cheaper price for these monitors and they did without any hassle (unlike most other companies).
Ordered over the phone which took 10mins with a very polite woman the other end. DPD (the delivery company they use) gave me an hour time slot for next day delivery, which they turned up in (LOVE DPD). All in all, first time ordering from them was immense, would use them again, DV247 always seem to be out of stock on what I want unlike these guys. I will edit this review if the speakers go faulty or anything and let everyone know how they dealt with it :)
