i am still waitng for it should have been here tuesday then friday and now its saterday and still not here am not inpressed about it at all they have not even emailed me to say why i am phoneing the office first thing in the morning as i am not happy t all bet you have taken the money for it which i think is wrong
The product is very good but the purchase experience is disappointing. Firstly, the web site showed an error when we purchased online. Secondly, the delivery company was not good at all: they were repeatedly late at their own appointments. Ironically, the first time they even forgot to bring the product!
Order processing went well but delivery was on a single person van and they asked my 75 year old mother who was waiting in for me to help carry in a 90KG treadmill. On complaint a mat was provided by way of compensation, waiting to hear for full response.
I Purchased a cross trainer worth £349 and for that money I wish I could have just trusted my instincts and just go buy one from Argos.The machine was delivered on time but when I opened the box, It was clear that someone had already used the machine as they were foot marks on the pedal and the English instructional manual was missing so I couldn't assemble it anyway. The screws were also missing as well and clearly from looking at the machine I could tell it was a returned item. For the amount of money I paid,there is no way I'm keeping this machine,I don't want anything to do with this company, their customer service is the worst I've come across in my entire life!!
My order was taken promptly and I felt the customer service rep was excellent in helping me with a few queries I had. Top marks. However, 2-1/2 weeks later, I've still no delivery, haven't been contacted yet by a courier company and my last 2 e-mails seeking assistance from Pro-Form haven't been answered. I'm now facing into Xmas week with the stress of not knowing if this product will be delivered or not. This is simply unacceptable.
They were prompt and extremely efficient, the delivery was great and the men were polite and professional. Several emails kept me informed at the progress of my order and the item has a good guarantee. A1
Purchased a crosstrainer from them. From day one it was deffective. After contacting them they have and still are attempting to give me the run around. Asking the same questions over and over. I will NEVER buy anything of theirs ever again.
Treadmill arrived 3 days after ordering, opted for self assembly, took around 2 or 3 hours with 2 of us working on it (I am recovering from a back injury however ) but not bad to assemble. Worked first time and currently have used for over an hour non stop without difficulties really good product.
Had to phone up to find out what was happening with my order and was given a number to phone and find out myself and then another one when the first one was incorrect. Paying £1000 for an item you would thing their service would be better. Still waiting for delivery after ten days.
Hey Di. I've finally bought new cross trainer. I got it online from iconeurope. I wanted another one but there stock availability was wrong so the manager Keith Bowes offered me the choice of a free upgrade to a better cross trainer or a 6 week wait for the one I wanted or a full refund. I emailed back saying I wanted a refund and ordered the cross trainer from another supplier. Looks like they are all in all a container coming from China because this supplier said I had to wait for 6 weeks too. Luckily for me, the manager from iconeurope offer me the same deal again saying the cross trainer was the best one they had in the shop. They say it should take 2 men one and a half hours to assemble the unit. Wish me luck. XOXOXO
We are very happy with the treadmill we purchased went together with no problems all working out of the box connected iFit module to pc all working in treadmill really clever piece of kit. The family will now start to enjoy this.
