Sets the standard for customer service
I ordered an Optoma PK120 online. Price and online ordering process were good, and the product arrived next day, so overall very impressed.

Great prices, poor website, average to good customer service.
I purchased the Optoma HD 230x from Projector Planet.
I found the company through Google and was impressed with the reviews and prices.
Unfortunately for Projector Planet their website is a bit rubbish. 3 days after ordering my projector through the website I had a call to say the transaction didn't process correctly despite getting a confirmation email and the money moving from my bank account. I called projector planet who said they had refunded the money due to an error with the Safari browser. They first tried to accuse me of using a mobile to make the purchase online which wasn't the case (not that this should be an excuse in this day and age), at this point I started to panic as the bank said my money had moved and projector planet claimed to have refunded it.
After another 48hours the money came back into my account. Despite my prior dealings I decided to try again due to the price, I found a computer with an older version of internet explorer and ordered through that. I had to ask to have upgraded delivery for free the second time with a follow up phone call instigated by me, I feel this should have been offered to me by the company without a prompt.
The projector arrived very quickly after the second order was made, and I'm pleased with the delivery and the product. The customer experience could use some work.

Cheapest Price for Acer Projector on the net and super fast service.
I purchased as a gift for Christmas an Acer H5360BD 3D Projector from Projector Planet. The price I paid was the cheapest on the internet and it was delivered in just a couple of days, earlier than anticipated in its origional packaging with its factory seals intact in perfect condition. This company is a pleasure to do business with they have the cheapest prices available (over £100 more in other online shops by other companies) and their customer service is first class. The Projector has exceeded my expectaions. Very happy Customer and would recommend Projector Planet to anyone,

Great Service

Pico pocket projector. Terrible product. - do not buy!
I bought a Grade B Pico Pocket Projector from Projector Planet. It was from ebay and reconditioned. The first projector that they sent me did not work and I was given another. When I received it i checked it and it did work. Because of the delay in getting a working projector the event that I bought it for passed, howvever I put the projector in storage for the next event which was recently (Nov 2012). I used it for one event only and so it was running for about 2 hours. When I came to switch it off I noticed that the image was breaking up. Small pixels of light appearing with no image. I wrote back to projector planet who said that the product was out of warranty and their is nothing that they can do about that and that I would have to pay for a repair.
They were not rude just stating the fact, but come on be reasonable....I used it at a single event and it was obviously a faulty product so if it were my company for good will I would have made sure that my customer was satisfied.

exceptionable service ,quality and pricing
bought a gt750 3d projector from projector planet .ordered it on a bank holiday weekend Friday received it first thing Tuesday morning. the amazing thing is i chose the free delivery option which should have taken 5 working days .for this i am well impressed i all-so got a text to tell me they would deliver and it was delivered within the time i was given ( amazing ive never had that option from any other on-line retailer ) not to mention that they're price was the best i could find £609 including the R.F. glasses .They all so phoned me to check some security issues as i was sending this to a different address as what was on my card, which in my opinion shows that they care about their customers ... WELL DONE PROJECTOR PLANET I THINK YOUR STAFF ARE AWESOME :-)

Great service
My partner ordered the Optoma HD600X Projector / Screen & Mount Bundle we were both a bit wary of this company as we had not dealt with them before but after we ordered it we received the emails and the tracking number of the parcel.
The parcel arrived the next day with no problems at all, the packages were in good condition and when unpacked and checked there was still no faults with the items ordered.
We are very happy with the purchase and the service we have received from Projector Planet and we would recommend it to others to use.

Excellent Service and unbeatable price
Ordered my screen from Projector Planet due to the the price of screen that i wanted, had a text right away to say that my order was being processed, further texts to update along with emails, checked on the delivery, time given between 1325hrs to 1425hrs, DPD arrived at 1335hrs, wish all my other deliverys were like this, well done.

Projector planet very good but delivery company bad
Order process very quick and I received several texts advising me on the progress of my order. Things started to go wrong once DPD got involved. They said I could track my order and get an idea of when it was gong to be delivered. This didnt happen it showed a delivery time of between 8am to 6pm. I ordered a projector and a screen both to be delivered to the same address. The screen arrived at 11:30 and the projector at 6:20. They made 2 deliverys to the same address one of which was late.

Excellent service from Projector Planet (Delivery Service not so good)
Ordered my projector online everything processed by Projector Planet (Faultless). However DPD (Delivery Company) failed to meet their delivery time by almost 4hours (after giving a 1 hour slot) - which caused me a fair bit of inconvenience. So Hurrah to Projector Planet -- Boo to DPD.

Very good service but need to be clear what's included and what isint
Service was excellent, ordered Optima DS316L projector on the Tuesday and it arrived early the next morning. Only one issue, projector did not come with a male-to-male vga cable. I have purchased several Optima projectors (including the one above) from different suppliers and they have always till now, included the vga cable. Maybe Optima have changed this and no longer include the cable. If ProjectorPlanet could make the purchaser aware of this when they are ordering would be helpful. Luckily, the school where this projector was being fitted had a cable from their previous projector that they were able to use.

Ordered Projector Screen - Best Price and quick delivery (but not UK plug)
After much research I chose an Optoma Electric Projector Screen. Projectorplanet had an excellent price, it was in stock and they could deliver next day. Courier delivered at 8:30am the next day enabling the screen to be installed and in use a few hours later.
Only one issue, the moulded mains plug was european (2 pin) and not a UK (3 pin) plug. Slightly annoyed that the item was not described on their website as such but a small inconvenience having to purchase a seperate AC adaptor.

Ordered a projector at best price I could find - arrived next day - superb!
I was looking for a good spec HD projector for Home Cinema use and found a high spec Acer at projectorplanet that was the best price I could find on the internet. It arrived the next day and I'm now enjoying superb quality HD movies - the product and the service from projectorplanet are both excellent and highly recommended.

Professional, fast and VFM - Excellent.
Spoke to the sales team before placing the order on-line. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. Ordering was easy on-line and delivery was quick and exactly as promised. There product line appears to offer very good value for money (VFM). I don't think you'll find much better for service and VFM. Excellent.

What more can one say, placed order at 3.30pm for a projector, by 10.30am the next day it was set up and being used.
One of the best prices on the net as well, I'll be using them again and have already recomended to several others as well.

Very good customer service, prices and delivery
Customer service was very good, delivery was next day and prices were great. Very happy with my projector, however I can't use my screen because of a thin wall (my fault though. Hope to buy from again and will be reccomending.

It arrived on the date stated. Someone was in to collect it. It works fine.
They did exactly what they said they would.

Perfect overnight service
Projectorplanet dug us out of a hole. Another supplier had let us down, and past 6pm with an internet order and a phone call, we arranged the order. 11:30 the next morning, the projector was in use in our boardroom.

(Not so) On the button...
I had a projector from this company earlier in the year. It was exactly what I wanted at the best price on the net and it arrived next day as promised with no delivery charge. The same holds true for my latest projector. I found a cheaper price on the Net. But Projector Planet was quick to match it. So naturally I bought from them again and was just as delighted as first time. I must add that my second projector was not a replacement for the first - rather an addition to it, for another room in the house. I would certainly buy from Projector Planet again and urge you to check them out last before parting with your hard-earned cash. What more's to be said?

Oh dear. Seems I spoke too soon. Ordered a projector screen from this company. The price was good and the screen arrived on time as promised. But it had a big bash on the front of the casing. I called the firm and was given two options:
1. Pay for another screen and get a new one sent out straight away. Then when the faulty screen arrived back with them they would issue a refund (that their bank would probably take ten days to process).
2. Wait for the faulty screen to be collected and returned after which I would get a new screen. They couldn't tell me whether the courier would call to collect the faulty screen the next day or on the following Monday and I couldn't wait in for two whole days.
As a result I decided to live with the fault and just make sure I would not buy another product from this company again. How true it is that you only really find out what a firm is like when you need to make a return. Any decent firm would have sent out a new screen for next day delivery and had the faulty one collected at the same time. But not this lot. They didn't trust me. So now I don't trust them.
Black marks Projector Planet. Must do better.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM PLACING ORDER TO DELIVERY
Within moments of ordering I got a text confirming order received, then information about a one hour delivery window and guess what that is when it arrived,it was the correct product really well wrapped.The product itself also appears excellent and very well priced.I have purchased many goods over the internet but so far this has been the most consistently pleasant experience.

Helpful and Fast
Ordered a Projector from these guys a few months back. Spoke to customer services before placing the order as wasnt sure which model to go for. The rep I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and the projector is a hit when the mates come round to watch the footy.
