Now I have your attention: I can only say that over the many years we have been dealing with Prosol we have only ever had first class service. Like all companies things do occasionally go wrong but they get the problems sorted very quickly with great communication to the customer.

ORDERED AN ALUMINIUM SIGN BUT RECEIVED A PLASTIC SIGN.
CONTACTED PROSOL REGARDING ERROR AND RECEIVED THE CORRECT SIGN 3 DAYS LATER. ALSO ORDERED ALCOHOL FREE WIPES, WHICH WERE TO REPLACE ONES THAT HAD PASSED THEIR EXPIRY DATE. LATEST ONES HAD AN EARLIER EXPIRY DATE SO OF NO USE. PROSOL HAVE OFFERED A DISCOUNT OFF OUR NEXT ORDER WHICH IS SATISFACTORY TO US.
I an very happy with the product I purchased but was disappointed with the cost of P&P of which I thought was over the top package. The box measured approx 10 x 20 cms when the item bought was approx 2x2 cms.
I ordered a part from them which arrived really quickly. Unfortunately it wasn't the part I needed to I sent them an e-mail asking what I should do. Soon after I'd sent it I received a phone call offering a no quibble 'freepost' return and refund. What more could I ask for. Superb! Thank you very much
I've got no issues with the product or delivery time. What I will say is that after trying to order product online failed (after 20 minutes) I had to ring up and make order. Haven't really got to the bottom of why I couldn't order online either... So all in all the online ordering isn't particularly good.
