I recently ordered a brake roller repair kit and a custom designed poster. The poster was designed and a proof sent for my approval within hours and the design was perfect first time. The only thing that let the order down was that the repair kit and poster were send in the same parcel and due to the weight of the repair kit the poster arrived with several creases in it and doesn't look 100%. For the price I would have expected it to arrive in a cardboard tube at least.
Within 5 minutes of placing an order over the internet I received a call from Prosol to check what information was required on one of the items purchased. Well impressed as received delivery next day. Even the personal item was delivered next day.
Ordered online but couldn't make payment until two days later when I had access to company card. They contacted me almost immediately after my unsuccessful online order and we sorted it all out a couple days later. Order arrived promptly.
10 out of 10,prompt and efficient service,only glitch was an issue with the website when completing payment.it resulted in me calling you.your member of staff was very apologetic and confirmed payment etc.will definitely use you again in the future
The signs we ordered were not the signs we had delivered! Prosol then sent the correct ones, but could not take the incorrect ones away on the same day when the correct ones were delivered by UPS. The same UPS man came the next day to take the incorrect signs away? Seems like a bit of a waste of time and energy to me. Regards Roger Greenbank.
Now I have your attention: I can only say that over the many years we have been dealing with Prosol we have only ever had first class service. Like all companies things do occasionally go wrong but they get the problems sorted very quickly with great communication to the customer. Well done Prosol
