One of the 3 products I order was not in stock so, instead of sending the goods they refrained. I rang them after 2 weeks and was informed that the wait for the item would be another 2 weeks! I requested the other 3 things immediately and they arrived the next morning.
The swim hat ripped even before I got it in the child's head - very disappointing.
The young man with whom I spoke was courteous and had great listening skills.
It is a shame I primarily had to wait so long and secondly had to return an item....and pay for postage for a faulty item.
After 13 years I figured it was time for a new swimsuit, I love the idea of the leg suits which give a bit more coverage as you get older I found pro-swimwear on the internet, chose a style I liked, checked the sizing chart before ordering then within days my parcel arrived. The service was prompt and the sizing accurate. Now all that's left is to test it in the pool.
I've ordered from Proswimwear several times, mostly training swimsuits and they all arrived after a week (i live in Denmark). I have not had any trouble, exept when I ordered a TYR performance swimsuit and it started to thread after only 50 fly. I wrote and said that I was unsatisfied with the product and sent the suit back to England. They assed that it was a legitimate claim and I traided the TYR suit for a JKatana suit.
I have recommended this site to the rest of my swimclub.

The swim-suit I was sent was the wrong size, as were the fins. The returns and refund process was fine, though I had to pay postage when the goods could have been more accurately described in terms of their size on the website. Also, part of my order has yet to be fulfilled. One futhre annoyance was the several-times a day promotinal emails. I don't mind the odd email detailing special offers and promotions but on a more than daily basis? I hit "unsubscribe" very quickly.
Packaging is a little overdone, the retailer favouring polythene posting bags, and also traditional male/female division of their swimwear but minor points aside the service is very good.
Would 100% recommend Proswimwear. I have used the a few times now and am very pleased with the service, especially when i had to exchange an item for a bigger size.

The service I received from the company was excellent throughout. From an easy to use website with loads of choice of stock at a fair price to quick and free delivery! I spoke to customers services to establish estimated delivery date, they were excellent and answered the phone straight away she was very pleasant and friendly and answered my query. Items turned up on exact date and are just great. Thank you would definitely use this company again.
If the item you are after is in stock then it is dispatched quickly and the prices are good. However, just because it is in stock on the website, doesn't mean that they do actually have the item as the website doesn't talk to their warehouse stock system.
I ordered a costume on a Saturday and then called the following Friday as I hadn't received it. Turned out it was out of stock and end of line but they still hadn't got round to telling me......... Be warned!

. Pro swimwear were an excellent company to deal with, the costume was delivered quickly and the package was well wrapped in perfect condition when it arrived, this was important as it contained an expensive racing suit, they had good communication and the delivery was free. I would defiantly use this company again
Have been looking f =or a pair of trunks with this sort of design for a long time. Standard offerings have been fairly drab and uninspiring but these Arenas tick all the boxes, both for fit and looks. Really pleased with them and will hopefully buy another pair after Christmas.

The main problem with my order was that in the website the swimming suit was avaible, and after two days and a couple of email, finally someone for a chat live told me that it is not available and they don't now whem they will have it. So please next time before offer something check the availablity of the product. In the other hands, the customere service offere me the apologize for that and offer me a cupon for the amount.
I've found loads of swim gear on this site for alot less money then any other swim web site i've been on. Recommended it to loads of people & they've all come back to me to comment on its quality ease of use & great prices
Initially I was looking for just a gift, but found that there so much choice, any way I ended up buying several swim hats for my daughter , who swims several times a week. Order was three items, only two arrived as the other was out if stock. The staff on the phone were very helpful whilst I tried to find a replacement. I like things very bright, so as they can be seen.
All was good, the replacement end arrived a few days later.
Very good and the choice of gear was great, definitely will recommend this site to my daughter and her friends as they are all triathletes and swimmers of various sorts. Many thanks pro swim
