Please be advised that your order was placed on Saturday 14th September 2013 and we managed to ship it on Tuesday 17th September. As this was a 2nd class delivery it arrived with you in the estimated time frame. With regards to exchanges please be advised that we always have to wait for an item to come back before we can make any replacement. You can, of course, place a new order online and make a payment while sending the 1st order back for a refund but this is fully a customer's choice. All instructions are provided in our terms & conditions.
With this said please be advised that we have received the costume back from you and processed the exchange. The size 30 you requested was shipped from our warehouse for you earlier today. You should have it any day now.
