We pride ourselves on the high level of customer service we offer our customers and I am sorry that you feel we have disappointed you on this occasion.
Please be advised that I fully appreciate your frustrations with regards to this order. As discussed on the telephone this is not the level of service that we offer on the daily basis. Customer service is our number one priority and we would never aim to provide false information intentionally. Any delays in delivery in this order were caused by delays from the manufacturer and any dates we have provided at the time of placing the order were the dates we had from the manufacturer.
I can see that we have in fact promised you a refund and that was never completed. This is completely our fault and I sincerely apologise for that. This was caused by a technical issue on the website and that stopped the order from being refunded. I would like to offer a resolution to this issue so if you wish to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to speak with you about this.
