Was always a big fan but lack of communication on replacement jammers and back order stuff is frustrating
Have always liked proswim wears what you saw was what you got and quality was always good. Have returned 2 items requesting a smaller size and am still waiting goggles that were back ordered. A bit frustrated as there has been no communication as to when I can expect them - especially as gala season has already kicked off.

Please be advised that we have emailed you regarding the returned items on 11th October 2013. The items you requested in size 28 are not available in stock so we have emailed you asking if there are any other alternatives you wish to receive. Please let me know and we will process the exchange immediately.
With regards to the goggles you are still waiting for please bear in mind that we are expecting a delivery later this week. Once those goggles will be here we will have them shipped for you immediately. Please be advised that the delay is caused by the very high demand for those goggles and the manufacturer struggles to keep up with demand.
I appreciate that you had good experience with us in the past and I assure you we will do all we can to make sure that you have only good experience in the future as well.
