They need to sort out stock control!

If the item you are after is in stock then it is dispatched quickly and the prices are good. However, just because it is in stock on the website, doesn't mean that they do actually have the item as the website doesn't talk to their warehouse stock system.

I ordered a costume on a Saturday and then called the following Friday as I hadn't received it. Turned out it was out of stock and end of line but they still hadn't got round to telling me......... Be warned!

    We pride ourselves on the high level of customer service we offer our customers and I am sorry that you feel we have disappointed you on this occasion.

    Please be advised that on this order both of the items were shipped on 21st November, only 2 days after the order was placed.
