I have been waiting for my products almost two months now. Before they quit replying my emails they promised that I would get them soon. I haven't. All the item were informed to be in stock the day following the order. However, at least something is working in the company. They managed to charge my credit card a long ago.

    We pride ourselves on the high level of customer service we offer our customers and I am sorry that you feel we have disappointed you on this occasion.

    Please be advised that 1 of the 2 items was shipped for you on 14th November. The Aqua Sphere Autumn Mens Suit in size M is not in stock, however, and we are waiting to receive it very soon. I am aware that you have been waiting a long time so if you will request a refund we can do that for you with no problem. Please note that you can choose an alternative suit to replace the unavailable one.
