What a service!
Purely Diamonds are simply one the best companies I have ever dealt with.
Throughout the whole process of choosing the ring, to its production and the collection, Stephanie and the team were very helpful and knowlegable which made the the occasion for my fiancee and I even more memorable.
I also really pleased as they were able to produce the ring in a shorter space of time as a special request.
We will no doubt be using them again for the wedding rings!

Totally amazing!
Thank you for making such an important purchase so easy and stress free. I have had my engagement ring since last summer and absolutely love it and we have now received our wedding rings which are amazing. Purely Awesome
I orderd my wifes aniversary ring, recived excellent attention I was Even asked which weekend it took place to ensure they had the ring to me in time. Everyone is friendly the service top notch and there Rings (I bought her engagement ring also a few years ago) are of brilliant quality.
Dont think about it just do it, thats my advise. You will be looked after.

Purely Diamonds were always keeping me informed about the timescales of my order etc.
The designs are not like anything from the high street. I have still yet to find a three stone ring with an oval in the middle with two rounds either side. The quality of the diamonds as well as the details regarding the diamonds were of superb quality. I would highly recommend them.
Being able to dictate the exact type of ring you want from cut to clarity is amazing. I managed to get the perfect ring for my fiancé and may well be back for our wedding bands.

Great customer service, great value, stunning diamond!
I found the perfect engagement ring on Purely Diamonds' website, having trawled through thousands online and in high street jewellery shops. The customer service was excellent, it was easy to arrange a viewing of some rings and compare some high quality diamonds up close. The ring itself is ever so slightly misshapen, and I will drop it into the showroom for a tweak next time I am in London... once I've popped the question!

We bought a set of palladium wedding rings! They are absolutely amazing, engraving is beautiful. Although my boyfriend's one was a bit larger, we had it resized and re-engraved and delivered within couple of days. Price was much cheaper than on high street.

Top class service at great prices
I have bought two gifts for my wife from Purely Diamonds five years apart, first a diamond and sapphire ring and then a pair of diamond stud earrings. Both were excellent quality and significantly cheaper than the competition. Would definitely use them again

WOW!!!!!!
Last month my husband and I had the pleasure of visiting the Purely Diamonds showroom. Their web page was incredibly helpful and uncomplicated. We then had Stephanie spend time helping us to choose our perfect ring. It was a lovely environment where we were made to feel relaxed and special! Today I have received the ring. Exactly what my wife wanted - and well below High Street prices

Excellent customer service and a great deal!
I have already recommended Pure Diamond to a friend that is getting married next year. Pure Diamond made buying my wedding rings a simple and hassle free purchase. Not only was Stephanie very friendly but they have great prices. I saved approximately £500 buy shopping with Pure Diamond. The rings were fantastic also. They were able to get the rings out to me securely and very fast, even after a personal tragedy in their family. They showed the up most professional standards and customer focus.

Very good customer service, seem eager to please.
Very good service from initial order to delivery. I was kept informed of the progress of my order and notified when dispatched, with delivery on time. The ring required re-sizing which was very easy and done in very good time. Any issues/queries I had were quickly resolved by a phone call to customer services.
I wouldn't hesitate to place another order.
Unparalleled!
First off, I usually don't write reviews but the customer supports Emelie and Stephanie really deserved this one.
I've ordered all kinds of differens goods from all over the world: asia, us, eu.. you name it so I think it's fair to say that I've a lot of experience with oversea shopping. This company is without doubt one of the best I've ever been in contact with. Their customer support is amazing, totally unparalleled.
My boyfriend oredered my engagement ring and told me afterwards that the crew had been extremely helpful during the whole process. We also used PD when the ring needed to be resized (instead of using a local jeweller in Sweden) due to PD:s very good prices and my boyfriends good experience with them. I was so nervous about everything, but again, the customer support were extremely helpful, responding to all our questions very quickly and also notified me when they had received my ring.
Now, about the ring itself: it's stunning! Both before and after the resizing (which, by the way was done in two days, very quick indeed).
We're very happy with your company and will be back for our wedding rings for sure. And to all potential overseas customer out there: You won't regret it.

Painless bargain!
I had some reservations of spending such a large amount of money on such a special gift but it went fantastically smoothly. The item was very well described on the website and looked exactly as I expected. Pricing was superb compared with most other similar suppliers. Would definitely consider using Purely Diamonds again.

Gorgeous ring, top quality and delivered on time
My husband bought me an eternity ring for Christmas and it's stunning.
I emailed Purely Diamonds a couple of times in the hope of it being delivered before Christmas and they were very helpful and I did receive it the week before Christmas.
The packaging was lovely and made it feel very special.

Purely brilliant
I would recommend this website to everyone, an absolute pleasure to deal with and at a great price. I ordered a bespoke engagement ring for my then girlfriend. They helped me through the process brilliantly and answered all my questions, I asked a lot because I was nervous of spending so much money online, but I had nothing to worry about.
The ring arrived when they said it would, I needed a quick turn around and they delivered. When it arrived it made my mum cry, then when I have it to my girlfriend she said it was so beautiful and just what she dreamt of.

Perfect service, beautiful ring!
I ordered an engagement ring before Christmas after trawling through hundreds at various local jewellers. Even their best rings had poor quality diamonds and the prices were much higher than Purely Diamonds. Although initially worried about ordering such a personal item over the Internet I figured I could just send it back if I didn't like it - luckily as soon as I opened the box I knew I'd made the right decision.
An absolutely stunning ring at a reasonable price, you can really tell the difference in diamond quality. Worth every penny to see the look on my new fiancé's face!

Great value and brilliant customer service!
Searched the Internet for a platinum diamond eternity ring for my wife and Purely Diamonds stood out in terms of quality of diamonds and value for money. I was encouraged by reviews already on line and the company did not disappoint. I hadn't left the greatest amount of time in the run up to Christmas but staff still reassured me the ring would arrive on time - which it did. Great customer service when we sent it back to be resized too. All in all really, really pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

Excellent service, went above and beyond
The speed of response quality of the ring and above all attitude was spot on. Nothing was too much trouble even over the busy Xmas period. They even let me customise the ring to my wanting. My now Fiancée loves it. It was great to able to easily spread the payments at 0% which isn't offered in most places.

Excellent from start to finish!
Having purchased an engagement ring in the middle of december last year for my now fiancee, i was very suprised to see it arrive by the end of the month and it was in excellent condition! Purely Diamonds offered the best advice and help directly from their website. I was unsure about several aspects of buying a diamond ring but there was full and useful advice throughout the site. From purchase to receipt of my ring the company kept me well informed of the progress of my order and even emailed me after to ensure everything was satisfactory. The sales team were more than helpful and I felt assured at every step of the process. In summary the experience of buying from this company was excellent and I would have no reservations in recommending them to anyone who asked. What an amazing company! Amazing service, quality product. I won't make a sizeable purchase with anyone other than these guys ever again.
It's a long story, but basically these guys went out of their way, moved heaven and earth to enable me to propose to my fiancé with the ring of her dreams at an unbelievable price. Insurance estimates suggest value at 130% of the price I paid. Ring looked better than it did in the photos. Thanks guys I really appreciate it.

Fantastic service and perfect ring
They went beyond the normal service required. Needed a wedding ring for New Year and asked for it on Christmas Eve. They did everything they could and nothing was too much. The ring was just as seen in the picture and delivered with loads of time to spare.
