Purely Diamonds, I say purely excellent.
I just recently bought my wife an eternity ring for our first anniversary from Purely Diamonds.
We used another well known internet company for our wedding rings which turned up 10 days before our wedding day TOTTALY wrong.
My experience with Purely Diamonds right from the start when placing my order was outstanding, customer service is excellent. From start to finish
I only had a quick look at the ring when it arrived i was amazed of the high standard manufacturing and quality.
When i gave the ring to my wife on our anniversary her reaction was that it looks stunning, so well made,
I would so recommend Purely Diamonds and use them again in the future.

A fantastic service from start to end!

Purely Diamonds - Purely Brilliant!
I needed to buy an engagement ring, and whilst there were many good rings available on the High Street, I had a fairly strict budget to stick to. I looked at a few websites, and although naturally apprehensive about purchasing such an item online, there was really nothing to worry about. I had read other good reviews about Purely Diamonds, and as they also did interest free credit, I decided to give them a go.
The website was simple to use and easy to navigate around, and there was a large choice of rings available. It also gave useful background information on the different quality of diamond available. I could also view various images of any rings that I was interested in. Once I chose my ring, the 'checking-out process' was straightforward, as was the completion of the interest free credit option. I also had some email correspondence with Purely Diamonds (with Emelie) and she was very helpful indeed. I required to change my delivery date, but this was no problem at all, and the ring arrived on the requested date. An added bonus was that I was actually provided with a better quality diamond than ordered (I was advised that this was simply due to it being available at the same price from the diamond supplier). So whilst I was more than happy at ordering a ring that was about 35-40% cheaper than the equivalent in the High Street, I was lucky enough to end up with a ring that was 50% cheaper!
I found the difference in price between Purely Diamonds and the High Street pretty staggering, and the ring is authentically valued at the High Street price for insurance purposes etc. Great website, great service, I would have no hesitation in recommending Purely Diamonds to anyone else - I will be buying my wedding bands there also!!

Fantastic value for money, beautiful ring!
After trawling shops to find my perfect wedding ring I finally found it on purely diamonds. I was initially unsure about making such a costly purchase online, without seeing or trying on my ring. However, when I read the reviews I was convinced to purchase, and I'm so glad I did! My ring is even nicer than I imagined, the fit was exact and the cost was brilliant compared to high street prices. The packaging was excellent, gorgeous box, and even when I phoned up with a payment query the lady I spoke to was very helpful. I'm over the moon with my wedding ring and would recommend purely diamonds to everyone!

The ring was perfect and a great price!
Purely Diamonds is a great company, they sent me out a ring sizer within days. Then when the ring was chosen, it was in delivered to the house in about 5 days. The ring was perfect and just exactly what it looked like on the website. Overall, the ring was lovely and the price was even better!

Excellent service
I was kept upto date with the whole ordering process. When they couldn't supply the diamond I ordered, they let me know straight away and we discussed it and replaced it with a better diamond. The ring turned up in plenty of time and is absolutely beautiful

Top service with helpful staff
Having absolutely no experience in buying jewelry I was taken a back by the wide variety of rings available. I was buying an engagement ring, so it needed to be the right one. I found the website extremely helpful and easy to use. Once I ordered the ring I had a few queries about the delivery date. The staff I spoke with were extremely polite and helpful and gave me the answers required. I would recommend Purely Diamonds to anyone considering popping that big question.

Beautiful ring and fantastic service!
After a lot of research and visits to various high street jewellers, I finally decided to purchase my fiancee's engagement ring online from Purely Diamonds. As I was intending to take my beloved away to Rome to pop the question, I requested a specific delivery date for the ring. I needn't have worried - the ring arrived on the requested day and was absolutely stunning - and best of all, my fiancee loves it too (she said yes!).
To anybody who has reservations about making this type of purchase online, I would say that Purely Diamonds provided a fantastic service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, and would be more than happy to use them again!

Fantastic ring and service
After much research I bought a diamond ring for my girlfriend and couldn't have been happier with the results. The personal service is wonderful, quick delivery if you need it and they answer any questions promptly. They also provide a very reasonable re sizing service if your guess work isn't quite right! My now fiancee is absolutely delighted with the ring. Highly recommended.

Great service, great price, beautiful ring!
I didn't have much of a budget to put towards an engagement ring so after giving up looking in jewellery shops I decided to shop online. Shops on the high street were to expensive so I decided to cut out the middle man and go straight to these guys, in short the ring I bought would've cost me more than double in a shop and even though I paid nearly half of this I still have a valuation document for insurance purposes that states the ring is worth £2100 RRP. I paid what I could and then took out a finance agreement to cover the rest. You can trust these guys with your money and my girl said yes and loves her ring! Mission accomplished! Couldn't recommend Purely Diamonds enough!

Reasonable Price, Beautiful Ring & Great Service!
Bought my wedding ring after trawling the high street and being rather unimpressed with the range of styles and price! But found the exact ring I wanted on Purely Diamonds at half the price!
When the ring arrived it came in a lovely box and its beautiful!! Just a shame I have to wait until June to wear it!

Simply the best in terms of Price, Service & Quality
So, I ordered an engagement ring but needed it pretty quickly as my girlfriend (now fiancee) was due to travel out of the country for a long period and i wanted to propose before she left. Stephanie and Emelie (sisters?) were very helpful, almost giving me a running commentary on the progress and though they did not promise they could make the date, they did assure me they would endeavour to.
In the end, the ring came bang on time and we live happy thereafter. but on a serious note, YOU will NOT find a selection of engagement rings at reasonable prices and quality offered by purely diamonds. To top it up, the personal service you get from Emelie or Stephanie will NEVER be matched by any of the big jewelry retailers. I cannot recommend them highly enough...

Absolutely amazing!
My future fiancee and I selected the ring together and it arrived on Tuesday. It is so beautiful I cried when I opened it and he hasnt even proposed yet!
I have now had to hand the ring over and await the big moment but I really cant wait to have the ring on my finger! I hope he proposes soon!

I ordered my engagement ring from PD, which was made and sent to me quickly, completely trouble free. Because I chose an odd shaped ring I wanted my wedding ring to be made to fit around it. I had to send my engagement ring back for it to be made to a perfect fit. throughout the whole process I was contacted at various stages to ensure I was happy with the order, even with some suggestions. I was so pleased when I received the order today of all 3 rings, looking amazing. I would definitely recommend anyone to use PD in the future. The staff are friendly and patient.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Purely Diamonds and would like to say how impressed I was with the service that they provided. I dealt with Stephanie, who was friendly, accessible and always willing to assist. I attended the showroom on three occasions, firstly to have a look at similar items to get an idea of how my ring would look once it had been made and then subsequently to look at the ring and finally to collect it. The staff at Purely Diamonds were always quick to respond to any inquiries that I had and also rearranged one of my appointments at short notice at my request. In relation to the ring itself, I couldn’t be happier with it and neither could my new fiancée! It was completed on time, looks wonderful and the staff at Purely Diamonds were happy to keep hold of it until I was able to collect it.
