Best customer service in the industry

I am always looking for the best deals when buying for the spa. But I have questions, a lot of questions, and sometimes the answers are not easy to find. Many of the local reps don't get back to me or the catalog companies have reps that take orders but can't help me with specific questions I have about protocols or treatments. I love Pure spas team because they genuinely seem to care about my business and keeping me as a customer. If they don't know the answer to my question, one of them calls me back immediately with the information. And they are so nice about it too. I love this company because they understand great customer service.

Good online site for professionals, but...

I have ordered from them many times. I really like their collagen professional treatment masks and some of their retail spa items. Some things that I would love for them to improve on would be to put the list of ingredients on their products. A lot of the time, things will say that they are natural/organic/pure, but they end up having ingredients like parabens, etc in them. I find myself actually having to go on other beauty websites just to look up the ingredients on a particular product, which I should not have to do. I also think that their shipping prices and shipping time could be better. lastly, I wish they still had the Spa Rituals line, especially since many distributors don't carry it anymore. I will definitely still order from them, but would like to see a few changes!

Most selection, saves time

Great company, selection makes ordering for the med-spa a breeze. One call and I get ALL the ordering done... I tossed all the phone book sized catalogs!!!

Love this place! AND the site clearly states that if you place an order with false license information they WILL charge you a re-stocking fee!

This place is for licensed beautician only but they still charged me and kept some of my $

Ok so maybe I should have read the fine print so people may argue that this is my own stupidity. But I just would like to share my experience. I shopped on this site not knowing you have to be a licensed beautician. So they charged me then later called me for my license #. I didn't have one. So they promised me a full refund. They did refund me, all but $10! What's the $10 for? Nothing was ever processed or shipped. I think that's such crap that they would even charge my card without having a license # first.

Pure Spa Direct specifies ON ALL 42,000 pages it is for "Professionals Only" and has a large link to give all the details of what is required to qualify. At check-out, it is mandatory to provide professional licence info -- or you can not check-out. This buyer falsified the information and Pure Spa's customer service team spent time and effort attempting to verify the false information provided by the buyer with her state board of licensure. Once it was deemed invalid, then spent time and effort contacting the buyer to see if perhaps she entered her information incorrectly. Which it was not -- she intentionally attempted to commit fraud. In addition, transaction fees are incurred both on charging a credit card and on the refund to a credit card. Pure Spa's cost involved in the buyer's fraudulent attempt to purchase Professional Only products at wholesale surely exceed the $10 fee. The web site clearly states that "We use multiple, reliable methods to verify Professionals thoroughly. If the information is ficticous or can not be verified, we will attempt to notify you immediately by email
