Bought a vibrator for £7.99, when we received it it was unbelievabley loud that we just could not use it...and lets just say.... it ruined our night!! :( However i did get a full refund once i cleaned the toy and returned it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!........ prob not the best thing to suggest a customer to do but hey!

I am sorry the item you ordered wasn't up to the quality you should expect,but I am glad our customer service department dealt with it properly.
I thought there is something I should clear up to ensure there is no misunderstandng.
When we ask customers to clean an item up for returning it is simply so that when we receive it back, our staff can quickly process and check it. Once that is done it is put aside to be returned to our supplier. If we have to give an item a thorough clean before we test it then this can delay things.
