I have just used Purrfectly Pets for the first time and agree that their service was 'purrfect'. The staff were extremely helpful on the phone and my order arrived very promptly. Their pricing is competitive and I will certainly be using them again.
I have been feeding my dogs wet food for about 4 months, my older dog would eat anything so was no problem but my 10 month old pup would pick at her food until eventually it was finished, then I tried Forthglade and she woofs it down with no time, it is moist and both dogs love it, I purchased a variety of flavours so they will not get bored, from their reaction to Forthglade I think we will be using this in future.
My neighbour couldn't believe that she was able to save a lot of money she couldn't believe when I rang her 2 days later to say the food had arrived. She told me today that she would be using Purrfectly pets again. As she is a pensioner it is handy for her to have the dog food delivered A++++++++ Fantastic
I waited a week for the product, which isn't too bad but I was given no timescale of how long it was going to be. I emailed the company on Friday and didn't get a reply back. I emailed yesterday and one of the colleagues Anthony apologised and true to his word my items are currently in transit and will hopefully arrive as ordered. If items delivered are as ordered probably would use the company again as it is convenient but make sure you allow enough time if ordering food, as you may run out before order arrives like I did!
First order in September 2013 and one type of dog food was incorrectly supplied, a refund was given. A second order placed in November 2013, received e-mail on 15 November that stated order will be delivered on the 18 November however the carrier's tracking information as at 09.30 on the 18 November states awaiting delivery of parcel at Southampton. I live in the north east so not going to be delivered on the 18th!! Two orders out of two not fulfilled as stated isn't inspiring and I will go elsewhere.
