Sparkling Delight - Shower cladding 1st class product
I was delighted with the Black Sparkle shower cladding kit. It arrived promptly and was well wrapped to protect it from any transit damage.
The plumbers were amazed at the quality and how easy it was to install and so have asked me for your details to recommend you to their customers. The price was very reasonable indeed.
I am so happy I took the time to look on the Internet for a better product than was on offer at the local Plumbase shop.

Very pleased with my shower wall cladding kit
I ordered my shower wall cladding kit on the Tuesday and it arrived on the Thursday, damaged unfortunately, contacted the supplier and replacement sent out and arrived within 24 hours and was in perfect condition. The staff were extremely pleasant and courteous and apologetic when I contacted them, there was no problem with returning faulty item as the courier collected it when he delivered the replacement.
My plumber fitted it today and was extremely impressed with the quality and pricing of the kit, he said it was great value and it would be hard to beat the price anywhere else.
I would have no hesitation in buying from them again in the future.

Speedy Delivery!!
Ordered at 8pm Tuesday, received an email to say it had been shipped Wednesday and received the item first thing Thursday morning. My only criticism is there is a slight colour difference, I thought I was getting a jet black panel, in actual fact it's closer to a dark charcoal...(a little bit picky but it wasn't what I was expecting). However that said, it was well packaged and is still really lovely! Excellent service and value for money, I would and have recommended this supplier.

First class service good product
Used Celplas UPVC Ceiling cladding in my bathroom.Placed order via the internet arrived next day everything that was require to clad the ceiling inc lights and adhesives

Excellent product, exactly what I needed to update an old tile shower.
Finish on the panels is very attractive. I used the gray marble. Made the finished shower cubicle look like a very professional job.

Good company to deal with, would recommend.
Good service, quick and easy to deal with. Nice product at a good price. Only thing that wasn't perfect was their choice of courier service. I phoned in the morning to ask them for a phone call just before delivery which I then didn't receive. The driver then turned up with his wife and child in the van and laid the product at front door my partner had to take upstairs by himself.

the company themselves were fine but the courier firm left alot to be desired
Package arrived 2days over the next day delivery time but celplas tracked it down and reinbursed my deliver charge. Think maybe changing couriers may help

Excellent quality and service
The cladding is very good quality, I have walled two bathrooms now and the result is excellent. Makes room warmer and collects a lot less condensation compared to tiles. Easy to handle, cut and fit. The delivery for both jobs was less than two days, a great service. Will always be using this company for my wall cladding.

Great service
I ordered the 5mm budget shower panels. They arrived quickly and are much nicer than I expected for the money. My order also included adhesive and silicon which was missing when the parcel arrived. I phoned and explained that it would be easier for me to buy them locally as I was fitting the shower panels that weekend. Celplas were very apologetic and they refunded my money within 20 minutes of my call, so I was very pleased. I would recommend them and their products.

Delivery arrived on time on the second occasion (we were out on carriers first attempt to deliver).

Cannot fault the company from ordering to delivery was 1st rate. As I live in the Highlands postal charges can very often be a ripp off, but not from Celplas who delivered quickly with good communication. I have another bathroom to do soon and will definatly be ordering from them again.

Fantastic, helpful company with excellent products
I was unsure of what I needed to buy when I wanted to line my shower cubicle with pvc sheeting instead of tiling which over time looks grubby and needs re-grouting. So I phoned Celplas and they couldn't have been more helpful in explaining what I needed and how it sould be fittted which accompanied by the video on their website was brilliant. It's all installed now and looks really good (I was worried that it might look a bit tacky but it doesn't) and I'll be getting more when I get round to doing the en-suite. They sent me samples too as I wasn't sure which one I preferred. Overall a great product from a very helpful company. Quick delivery and good prices too!

Celplas PVC Ltd for 1st class customer service and a great range of reasonably priced products.
We ordered samples and price lists over the Internet and set to planning our bathroom/ shower room design and quantities. Their internet site has very useful "How to . . . . " guides for you to download.
We called into their shop in Blackpool to see the full panels and accessories for ourselves. We were very well treated and some additional items we hadn't thought of were recommended to us.
After the order had been place online we were kept informed of the progress and true to their word the packages arrived in good condition. One small item had slight damage on arrival but with only one, simple and quick phone call a replacement was despatched and arrived in 1st class condition.
It is unlikely that we will be doing more work for a few years that will require the products this firm sell BUT when we do we will be back and we will be happy to recommend their products and services to friends and family.
Take a bow Celplas PVC Ltd - you deserve the applause.
