I ordered and paid for black sparkle shower panels via the website (very straightforward) and was advised that they would be delivered the next day. I then received a telephone call to say that they could deliver the same day, which was amazing.
These guys are tremendous and delivered over and beyond the usual customer requirements. Not only did they ring me with a query but explained the problem that I could have encountered with the different sizes of cladding. We came to an understanding of what I required and then the day before they delivered they phoned me again. This time to explain that they had increased the depth of the cladding from 5mm to 10mm to ensure that everything fitted at no extra cost to me. This should have cost me an extra £80 on the order thats why these guys will be praised to everyone I speak to.
Presently working on an apartment up 2 flights of stairs , was expecting the river to drop the goods at the downstairs door , but he brought everything up stairs and into the apartment . Great service !
What a great friendly company fast delivery and great customer service. Deliver bang on time as promised. Some parts damaged in transit by their carrier (Not Celplas PVC Ltd fault) but were promptly replaced. If only all suppliers were this good.
Originally I was only going to get a few cladding panels to do my shower cubicle but they were such great value and looked fantastic that I decided to ditch the tiles for round the bath, sink and loo and bought more cladding instead. It looks really good and was much easier, quicker and less messy than tiling, oh did I mention cheaper .... Well every penny matters these days
Initially worried whether cladding would be right colour, could not have been better, staff were so helpful, arrived on time and so pleased with product. Will be using again in the near future and would very definitely recommend.
I have ordered both wall cladding and ceiling panels with all the adhesives and trims from pvc-cladding. Their pricing was one of the cheapest i have found. Ordering was easy, payment through Paypal which gives you protection ( this is because i havent used this company before ) & delivery was prompt. One value added bonus i got was when i called the office and spoke to the clerk asking was my delivery coming she was able to tell me where the van was heading and confirm that my delivery was on that vehicle, thus allowing me to be available for delivery. The Driver was fantastic and a credit to the company, very helpful and aware of what was on each delivery. He also helped me carry the goods to the storage space i had created. The only discrepancy was that the trims were the silver ones and not white. But for us that was absolutly fine, however the DRIVER did offer to take them back and re-deliver. Overall i would use this company again the service was excellent.
Overall the service was fantastic, delivered next day as promised, trims and wall itself very good quality at a fraction of the price of other leading DIY retailers. OK, so I needed to buy a little more adhesive for my shower wall kit, but this wouldn't stop me from re-ordering the same product.
I ordered over £200 of bathroom cladding which when unpacked was smashed. I was also disappointed with the quality. The packaging it came in was undamaged so I didn't expect the contents to be! I rang for a refund as my plumber could not wait for new cladding to be delivered and I had to run out and buy tiles. I spoke to a man at Celplas who said they would ring me back the next day about a refund. No call so I rang back myself. Spoke to a very rude unpleasant woman who did not apologise for damaged goods and inconvenience etc but instead interrogated me on the damage and why it had taken me so long to notice it (4 days!!) Over several equally impolite phone calls with this woman, I was told I would be billed £25 for the damaged goods to be picked up. I refused and after an argument they agreed to collect for no charge. Was given a day for collection. I waited in all day in vain for collection. Rang to complain to be told goods wouldn't be collected until I paid £25!! and eventually had to complain to a manager to get the damaged goods collected. Now awaiting a refund! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! They should also record all their calls as they kept changing their story!
