Customer Service, price and quality!
Celplas provided great customer service, confirming my order and delivery date within half an hour of acing the order on line. The products are high quality but well priced. Delivery was free and next business day!

More than I paid for
Delivery arrived on time on the second occasion (we were out on carriers first attempt to deliver).
I ordered 12 boards but 13 were delivered, all other ordered items were correct.

Cannot fault the company from ordering to delivery was 1st rate. As I live in the Highlands postal charges can very often be a ripp off, but not from Celplas who delivered quickly with good communication. I have another bathroom to do soon and will definatly be ordering from them again.

Fantastic, helpful company with excellent products
I was unsure of what I needed to buy when I wanted to line my shower cubicle with pvc sheeting instead of tiling which over time looks grubby and needs re-grouting. So I phoned Celplas and they couldn't have been more helpful in explaining what I needed and how it sould be fittted which accompanied by the video on their website was brilliant. It's all installed now and looks really good (I was worried that it might look a bit tacky but it doesn't) and I'll be getting more when I get round to doing the en-suite. They sent me samples too as I wasn't sure which one I preferred. Overall a great product from a very helpful company. Quick delivery and good prices too!

Celplas PVC Ltd for 1st class customer service and a great range of reasonably priced products.
We ordered samples and price lists over the Internet and set to planning our bathroom/ shower room design and quantities. Their internet site has very useful "How to . . . . " guides for you to download.
We called into their shop in Blackpool to see the full panels and accessories for ourselves. We were very well treated and some additional items we hadn't thought of were recommended to us.
After the order had been place online we were kept informed of the progress and true to their word the packages arrived in good condition. One small item had slight damage on arrival but with only one, simple and quick phone call a replacement was despatched and arrived in 1st class condition.
It is unlikely that we will be doing more work for a few years that will require the products this firm sell BUT when we do we will be back and we will be happy to recommend their products and services to friends and family.
Take a bow Celplas PVC Ltd - you deserve the applause.

Bathroom Cladding At It's Best

Absolutely spectacular
My ceiling was artexed and a few years ago I got it removed and the ceiling re-skimmed. It has been a disaster ever since! Totally uneven and unable to make it white, no matter how many times I painted it!
I was browsing the internet for ideas when I came upon pictures of the Ceplas PVC. I ordered it there and then. It arrived within 2 days, with no delivery charge. My son's a joiner and fitted it in a day - it has transformed my kitchen. I absolutely love it! After living with a disaster for 4 years I am in love with my kitchen again!

good timing
Had no problems with delivery time or what came. Packaging good end caps missing though. The rest was great glue and sealent was well covered for the job. HAPPY

great - good price and quick delivery
Cannot find any faults - arrived promptly, the price was good and the product seems well made (time will tell). Maybe not as big a range of colours as the laminated MDF but it's more than half the price and won't soak up the water. I had laminated MDF before and it soaked up the water after a couple of years - can't see how a single bead of silicone can protect MDF from a shower...

Very good product, packaging, delivery and service, what more do you want?
The product is relatively easy to install, you do not need to be an expert but a good set of tools will assist. The panels will transform many rooms into a sophisticated looking space. Bathrooms and shower rooms are very suited to this type of makeover and the combination of Cladseal and the decorative panels near enough banish the worry of the 'leak'.
A good product, well packed and promptly delivered.

Excelent service fast delivery and helpful staff
In short I found PVC Cladding very helpful. They were able to give me further information and guidance on fitting over the telephone and whoever I spoke to new what they were talking about!
