QS supplies sells products they can not source & then refuse to credit your funds back in to your account straight away. So in other words they advertise product which they know they can not source collect our funds & refuse to give it straight back. I think they then use our funds to buy supplies or pay wages until we complain. So please don't buy off QS supplies as the company should never hold on to customer funds when they can not source a product, every normal company credits your card straight away. DO NOT BUY OFF QS Supplies This is not a good company.
I ordered a solo tap/shower mixer kit from QS Supplies, as the price seemed reasonable and I was told it was in stock. I actually left an email at the time of the order to say that the item was needed and can it be sent out as a matter of urgency. Six whole days later and I receive an email to say that the item is discontinued! This threw all my plans into the air to get my plumbing issue sorted that week. I called up QS Supplies angry but calm and spoke to a customer service representative. To be fair he was polite and apologised, and arranged for an email to be sent to show a suitable alternative. This arrived quickly, but the alternative was £65 more expensive! I checked for cheaper online and found many alternatives. I called up and got through to a team leader. From the outset he sounded like he could not care less. I told him the issue, told him the price difference and asked if they could at least match the lowest, seeing as it was their laziness and incompetence which caused this problem. He refused straight away. He then said if I wanted a refund then it could not be arranged immediately and would only be possible some time tomorrow at the very earliest. This meant I could not even buy an alternative from another vender! In summary I will never shop here again. Awful service, terrible attitude and no desire to go any length to make up for their stupidity.
I ordered a shower tray and 2 side panels; delivery was supposed to be within 5 working days, it took 9 and even though the side panels were exactly the same, got charged £50 more for one of them and both panels were missing parts. They refused to refund the difference. The missing parts isn't their fault, it's the manufacturer but the customer service from the manufacturer was miles better than QS Supplies'.
Unfortunately the worst online experience I have had in a while - in summary, made order, most of order left in warehouse by mistake, delivered some more of it, had to ring them to ask where the bath was( assured at time of order this was in stock and would take 3-4 days, this is now more than a week later) advised bath ordered was now out of stock, due to the mistake in the warehouse. No attempt to solve problem, eventually ordered different bath over phone, paid again, new bath delivered with tapholes, had ordered no tapholes. Rang again, customer service unrepentant, say they can send a new bath, but will cost 50 quid for delivery. Am desperate by now as they are putting the bathroom in , paid, bath got delivered, still has tap holes..... no response to email expressing unfair that extra delivery must be paid and no effort to make me feel any better about the situation. Finally, nearly three weeks later a useable bath, although not the one I originally wanted, and with an extra unreasonable delivery charge resulting from a sequence of errors. Long story - really awful and frustrating experience for me, I would have had to ring 6-7 times and very hard work. Beware , high blood pressure awaits
I needed to purchase a plastic seal for the bottom of the bath screen. Having searched the internet this was very difficult to find because each seal is different. The pictures and description on qssupplies helped me to choose the correct one for me. Delivery was good it arrived well protected with solid cardboard tube to avoid the seal being bent. Great to sum up in a couple of words !!!
This supplier is by by far the poorest i have dealt with online. I ordered a bath-screen from QS Supplies as I was advised on the phone that it was in stock. However when it did not arrive after several days , i queried the matter with the company and was told they would ring me back with a reply, but no one did.
I phoned again after a few days and was now told that the item was in fact NOT in stock and would not be in stock until a month later.
Despite several emails, I received a non- descript reply each time rather than getting any further information. To compound the problem , every other retailer stated that it would take between 5-10 days for the item to be sourced from the manufacturer and be delivered, yet i am not sure why it is taking them a month!
Ordered a 1675mm bath because that is the only size which will fit in the bathroom. When we tried to fit it we found it was 1680mm. Had to chop out the tiles which had just been fitted to wedge it in. Also panel recommended for the bath was 1700mm so had to saw this down. Not a very good outcome.
Have used QS a couple of times now having been impressed by their product range, competitive prices and attention to great customer service. The website is easy to navigate and there are processes in place to keep updated about the delivery times etc. More companies should be like this!
