I placed an order with qssupplies and heard nothing for over a week. I called and was told my order was leaving the warehouse and would be with me on the following Monday. It did not arrive so I called again. I was told again it was leaving that day and would be with me on Friday. Again it did not arrive. When I called to complain I was told it was not in stock and would be weeks before I would receive it. Not even with an apology. I cancelled my order and waiting for a refund.
