Very fast service with great communication.
The transaction on E bay was easy with great follow up E mails about the delivery, the delivery was on time with a very helpful delivery driver. My wife is very happy with the TV stand, just took me a while to build with very clear instructions.

Great choice of products, good value and excellent service with speedy delivery.
We bought a desk and 4 chairs for our office on Tuesday and by Friday we already had it delivered. I must say I really like the product and the service has been great, the person on the phone sounded very reassuring and polite.
Will buy some furniture form them for my other office.

Good old fashioned service, engaging personally with the customer, flexibility to get things done.
Visited the showroom near Hinckley on a weekday mid morning.
The staff were very helpful and even if they didn't know the answer to a query they would take the time to find out.
We were interested in a particular biofuel fire which was not available on site. Usually they would arrange for it to be sent out or for collection another day, however as we were keen to bring the item home with us they arranged with a local storage facility for us to collect straight away. OK, not difficult but also not something which is so easily managed by most businesses today, it just needs that bit of personal care and attention which Quatropi provided.
We also were interested in hi fi storage unit which had recently disappeared from their website, which turned out to be discontinued but they had one on their own wall, and so promptly offered us a discount, dismantled the unit and carefully wrapped it for us to take away.
Very pleasing experience, and there was plenty of other items in their warehouse which caught our eye so I expect we will be back!

Individual furniture for discerning individual's
Quatropi oh that's that company I stumbled on when looking for some book shelves for my DVD's brought two set of those, what a great product exactly what I wanted, then I found a hall table knocked my socks of both the quality and service, marble and polished stainless steel thick glass top and heavy everyone that comes through the front door mentions it I do tell them where it came from but have to add it was the end of that line (shame you can't have one) well the relationship with this company continues, just waiting for the latest accusition to arrive should have been here on Tuesday but we had a little snow here no problem it's coming Friday can't ask for better than that can you. What next? Well we have been looking at the garden furniture and ............

Stunning tv unit, great, friendly service.
The tv unit is gorgeous and utterly perfect for what we wanted. I bought a whole lot of furniture from Quatropi a few years ago and was impressed with them then and the unique furniture and remembered them. Their range is very cool and a bit different. They were friendly, professional and just excellent.

Fantastic contemporary unique furniture, friendly service and and good prices.
Went to showroom in Nuneaton and there was loads of fab stuff to choose from. The owner was really friendly and helpful . The tv unit we chose was in stock and we took it away that day. We were so impressed with the quality we went back a few weeks later to purchase a sideboard and coffee table. We had these delivered and the delivery guy couldnt have been more helpful. Will definatly be making a few more trips when we start decorating the other rooms. All of their furniture is really unique and you will not find anywhere else especially not highstreet. Speedy delivery, reasonably priced and great products
I ordered a wardrobe and 2 bedside tables just 2 weeks before xmas - ordered Sunday, arrived Tuesday! Really individual products which look great, excellent quality and very reasonably priced.

Fast service, good communication and a great product!
Quatropi offer a really great service that is swift and supported by excellent communication along the way. With some big companies you have to wait weeks for delivery even when products are in stock but not with these guys. I would definitely recommend Quatropi.

Brillant service
