Came across this site while surfing for presents, Found a lovely bracelet in the sale. Ordering was easy only took a couple of days to get to me. Lovely packaging to put the bracelet in, also came with 2 bars of dairy milk which I ate, yummy.

I was thoroughly impressed with queen of charms, especially the level customer service provided. Any of the charms would make a personal thoughtful gift for a friend or loved one and I'm very happy to have found this site...As an international customer it's nice to be able to purchase these pieces - as many stores in the U.K. do not offer international shipping at this time.

Placed my order on Monday afternoon received my goods Tuesday afternoon. Amazing service! Really pleased with the bangle (Bee Tape Measure Bangle in Petrol Blue) very good quality. Arrived beautifully wrapped in tissue paper with a lovely 'velvet' pouch to store it in plus two lovely chocs. Really pleased and would DEFINITELY recommend

Beautiful charm - great service
I had been searching for a dragonfly charm for a considerable amount of time, but really struggled to find one I liked. Fantastic!
The ordering process was easy and quick! I asked for standard delivery and was a little worried it would turn up late but it arrived within a two days with a couple of additional chocolates and lovely presented present for my friends birthday! I was very impressed with the whole process and will deffiantly use them again!

Absolutely Fantastic service.
I ordered my nieces 18th Birthday present at 4pm on Friday afternoon. It was delivered on Saturday morning at 8.15a.m !!!! Fantastic service, beautifully wrapped with the addition of 2 minature bars of chocolate. Cannot praise them enough.
