I'm so sorry to hear this has happened. If you send the damaged earrings back to the address on the card that was enclosed with your order and put in a note of your order number I will organise a replacement pair of earrings to be sent out to you straight away and refund your returns postage.

Good service, Rubbish product

I decided to purchase a dogeared necklace for my sister as I have one myself and love the dinkiness. My necklace was bought from another site a few years ago it has a dragonfly & very small chunky heart but when my sisters arrived the necklace chain seemed very cheap along with the heart been a lot larger and thinner therefore not looking anything like mine. I'm presumed the item was a fake but I'm not sure if they have changed the designs and chains but eitherway it didnt look worth the money.
Emailed Queens of Charm the day the delivery arrived and sent back the Monday. Received great customer service when explaining I wasn't happy with the product and received an email after my goods were returned to say I would receive a refund.

Would definetly purcahse from them again.

I've had some feedback from Dogeared with regards to the quality of the necklace - please see below:

"The 2 necklaces your customer has purchased, the sisters kind heart from you, and the double charm with dragonfly and baby heart are completely different styles.

The heart charms would be different because they are different designs and different size castings.

Without seeing a photo of the necklace she bought previously, it is not possible to further comment on how they may be different.

If she would like to send an image of the necklace bought before I will be able to comment in more detail.

It is possible they had different chains but they are consistent within the styles.

As previously noted, Our chains may have varied slightly over the years depending on the supplier we used, but our high production standards are always adhered to.

We have been making our handmade jewellery for 20 years now and this is the first complaint I have seen regarding chain quality, sorry.

Lives up to the name - Absolutely Charming!

I cannot fault one aspect of the whole service package, web site is easy to negotiate, ordering is clear and simple, an email confirms your order and then advises you of dispatch and the next day there is your purchase beautifully packaged and if there is a problem there is no problem its all handled smoothly and efficiently with you the customer at the centre of the business. Buying as it should be I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Super Stuff, Super Service, Super Quick!

Queen of Charms has a whole load of lovely items of jewellery from known designers and not so well known designers.

My Rosie Fox fox ring came 2 days after ordering and was wrapped in a lovely organza pouch and, as usual, a couple of sweeties were included.

Fab online shop and would recommend Queen of Charms highly.

I have used queen of charms a few times now and each time I've had a friendly, efficient, professional service.

The most recent order I placed was for specific charms which were sourced and supplied to me within 2 days of my first enquiry!! You won't get better service than that!

The charms well packaged so arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was very quick and needed a signature on receipt.

I would highly recommend Queen of Charms and will definitely use them again in the future!

Arrived on time, lovely packaging.

Ordered next day delivery after 2pm and still arrived the next day. I received confirmation the items I purchased had been dispatched within the hour. All item's I purchased were individually wrapped free of charge and my mother loved her gifts!

the ordering made easy and delivery excellent, I was a bit dissapointed with the finish of the safety
chain.I also received the swirl one but I ordered the rose finished one.
I noticed a swivel toggle on one end that attaches the chain to the ring but the other end no toggle to give that movement, it looked as if it had been broke and just put togther with a pair of plyers, I just dont like complaining as I seem to have to do it a lot these days with different suppliers whether over the counter or on the internet I dont have much luck.
I will most probably carry on shopping from this site as these charms are unavailable in a lot of my local retailers.

Thank you for your review. The security chain you received is the correct one, the roses do look a little like swirls, the only other security chain we sell is a plain one. The chain hasn't been broken and put together again, all the chains are like that with the swivel toggle on one end, if you look at the picture on the website you can see that.

I'm so sorry you're not completely happy with your purchase, it's no problem to return it if you would like to and swap it for something else, or I can give you a refund if you would prefer? We strive to make sure all of our customers are 100% happy with their purchase :-)

Lovely-clear a lot of effort goes into showing customers you care!

Never received such a nice package in my life. Wrapped beautifully, and a lovely surprise was added inside (i wont spoil it for you). Also they were offering the most choice in the brand i was after at the lowest price. Have to say it takes a lot for me to rave to my friends about a business but i will be raving none stop about Queen of Charms.

Great Service and much more special than buying in highstreet.

They advised me after I emailed me with colour of outfit, They sent links with what they thought would match. I then ordered corsage, ring etc... and it arrived with 24 hours beautifully packaged with organza and sweets.
