I have used QuickQuid many times, they have always been incredibly useful to me in times in financial need. I was under no illusions, I know how expensive these loans can be to pay back therefore it is crucial that anybody that uses them understands what they are doing! I had been issued an email that I had missed my final loan repayment and that my account was now being charged an extra daily fee until it was paid. I was confused (and angry) because I had more than enough money in my account to pay the original amount, and it should have been taken from my account (as all previous payments had been). I spoke immediately to a representative (Tanisha) who informed that I had not changed my bank details and that they were therefore unable to process the payment. This was obviously my fault and not theirs. She gladly removed the late fee for me, changed my bank details, the payment went through immediately and my account is now fully paid. So many companies would not remove a late fee due to a customer error so I am incredibly grateful.
Despite being a reliable customer and having a history of 100% repayments no questions asked. I was faced with a complete denial of any help or reasons to why I could not extend my loan. At the end of the conversation they left without finalizing contact. Terrible service, After this payment has gone through consider my business with you redundant as I'm now going elsewhere in which my business is appreciated .
Everything except the interest is great about QQ. Ive faced financial difficulties and always found QQ to be useful. There are no hidden charges, where you suddenly see 70 quid disappear from your account. I would recommend it to anyone facing urgent crises. Make sure you pay back though.
Everything is good, friendly customer service, easy to choose between two types of a loan. Just sometimes people wanna pay off load quicker. Web site could have a 'early repayment' where we could choose to pay in full or just make an additional payment :) Recomended services by me.
I was in a fixed payment plan. and QuickQuid attempted to take payments without giving allowances for salary to be paid. Now that the payment was declined, i was harassed that my payment is 90 days overdue which is not right at all. I was further harassed that my name has been submitted to third party collection company. WHAT? its still same day i am due!!!!!! Better payments are requested at 5AM at which time you can be assured that all salary payments would have reflected in the account. This is really really bad.
since shortly after xmas i am trying to get my bank details changed as the bank detail in the system are no longer valid. this has been an ordeal for me and still the details haven't been updated. i received spam mails telling me it has been updated when in fact the details have not been changed at all. i have been penalized by staff telling me that the fault is not with them but with my bank, even though the same problem happened with a different account. still i contacted my banks and they confirmed that my accounts are fine & that there had be no communication between my account and QuickQuid. I spent about 50 Pounds so far by calling because i do not have a landline and needed to call via my mobile & i didn't know that chat was an option. January 1st I have been promised that this has been forwarded to management, that it will be dealt with and that i will receive a call back within 48hours. I received no call back so far and it has been 16 days now!!! so i now contacted via chat & the changes still can not be done and again i have been told it will be dealt with within 48hrs & i am not conviced that this will change anything. I wanted to take up a loan and it has been made impossible to do so
Omg ive just had my first live chat lol..bet the advisor was having a little snigger to them-selfs , thinking i was a crazy customer...i hope they have a good day at work and they have started my day with a giggle and im grateful .. I am very happy i chose this company for my financial requirements and i will definately recommend to family and friends.... thankyou
mate this website is taking a piss its a joke it should not be called quick quid there is nothing quick about it i been waiting over 3 hours now and i still didint get my moneY im dissapointed wonga is much better :(
Someone used my email to open an account without my permission. I asked them to remove it or simply change it to something else and they refused citing UK financial laws. I don't want my email associated with this stupid account but they won't do anything about it.
Disappointing Quick Quid. I have spent a very longtime waiting for someone to get back to me so I can pay my loan off early. I have used you many times for loans of up to £250 and when I initially joined you were more than happy to call me several times! I had to be on the online chat for ages waiting for a response from "Deanna" She said she would have a manager call me because she couldn't answer a simple yes or no question! If you want a copy of the chat I am more than welcome to provide it.! Very unsatisfactory service!!!
I have been unable to access my flexcredit account for 2 months now even after telling them multiple times. They have taken money from my account which didn't Get subtracted from my debt and still isn't a month and a quite a few phone calls later. They keep trying to harras me for the money I supposedly owe when it's their failure that has put me in arrears and caused latefees and interest. I tried cancelling the CPA with them but they still continue to take money saying I never cancelled it even though they read the email they sent to me saying it's cancelled. By this point I shouldn't even owe anything and would have always made payments on time if it wasn't for their failure so they are taking money which shouldn't even be theirs. Avoid at all costs I would rather stave then ever use this company again
I needed to solve an urgent problem so decided to use the Live Chat instead of the telephone. Amazing, connected in seconds and problem resolved in minutes. Only the usual security questions and a quick idea of the problem and solved without any delay. Whole process almost as quick as dialling the number and getting a response. Would always use this as my first port of call.
Ok, so borrowing money is expensive for people like me these days, but at least I CAN borrow money. I have been using Quick Quid for a couple of years now on and off and where I get a welcome few months when I don't have to use them they have saved my bacon on lots of other occasions. The thing I really like about them though is they have a superb customer service infrastructure. I particularly like the live chat as I can get on with other things while I'm solving issues with QQ. My bank messed up my address, so we had problems with card payments, but QQ were patient whilst I resolved and charged me no further interest in the whole week it took to get my bank to sort the problem out. The staff are always so nice and so helpful and having used other money lending companies and experienced their atrocious service I would never go anywhere else now. Just one other tip, only borrow what you can afford to pay back and you'll have no trouble at all..
