I had an initial l;oan and got caught in the Spiral of Paying Back then Taking another out to replace the Money that QuickQuid have took.
After numerous attempts to set up a payment plan that both parties were happy with i was advised by QuickQuid to change my payment date so that my account went into arrears and to call them to set up a payment plan (As they could only do this once i was in arrears) After calling i received no help at all.
I just want to pay and get QuickQuid out of my life.
Please take my warning and do not use them
I have used most of the payday loan companies and this is in the top two (i am still testing sunny which is currently the other one). easy loans, very quick payments, payment reductions for early payments and frequent user discounts.... what more can you ask for (other than pray they start a current account).
The loan its self is brill. However it seems fhe staff employed as 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' are the biggest waste of air ever created. You ask them a question and they spend 45 minutes ignoring what you have asked and trying to set up a direct debit which was never asked for. They then put yoy through to someone else whose supposed to help but also spend 20 minutes trying to direct debit you again which was NEVER required. Perhapes should use the intresfed rated money to employ people with INTELLIGENCE!
The first thing I should point out with QuickQuid is that the customer service team are extraordinarily friendly, which is something you don't see every day! I've used Live Chat 3-4 times now and always had a very pleasant experience, and they are always pleased to help. The service is fast and absolutely hassle free.
Hint: look into getting a FlexCredit Account. The interest rates seem to work out cheaper.
My recent customer service was with a lady named LaDonna, she helped me sort out paying off my loan in a full outstanding amount without suffering any extra fees a day before the initial payment of my loan. This company never fails to amaze me and the extra fee is more than worth paying for a company that's willing to give you what you want precisely and efficiently.
I have used Quickquid on so many occasions and have never had a single problem. The cash is in my account before I can blink and the repayment charges are reasonable as far as i'm concerned. I have checked out other short term loan companies and could not believe how much they were charging for small loans. They are also very helpful when you contact them on their online chat app. I would recommend this company without having to think about it. I would not use any other short term loan company because I have built up a good record with Quickquid and they send me Promo codes on a regular basis so I get even more money off my loans. Keep up the good service guys!
This site as been one of the easiest have ever used no hidden fees like MOST live chat so if you have any problems you can ask questions I got mine answered within seconds. GREAT site EASY to use I would RECCOMEND to anyone
I have used QQ for about 2 years now when I have need them - quick access to cash at a reasonable rate - all dealt with online and really easy to contact them if you need help.
I have made payment arrangements a couple of time with no fear and no fuss - once the loan is paid off you are still able to access another loan if need.
as always - this should be a last resort but the helpful and friendly manner lets you know that you don't need to worry if you can make payments - even when you cant - just ask for help.
If you are in control of your finances and ocassionally want a boost for a night out or a small surprise expense, then what's not to love?
The new 'line of credit' option is rubbish though, in that it is essentially the same as taking a loan out by the normal means. You cannot take extra credit out while your last payment is processing, even if you'd have credit limit available without having paid anything in the first place.
First loan I've taken out. There was a problem with my bank paying out the money, so the classed it as a late repayment.
I explained that I'd be able to pay it the same day and they took the late fee off.
Latoya and Antoinette were extremely helpful. Even when I got cut off and had to start again.
I'd recommend QuickQuid to friends and family.
Does exactly what it says on the tin. If you take out a loan and can't pay it back, don't complain when you get charged for it. Common sense people.
If you're responsible and only take what you can afford to give back, then this is a great company, who've saved my bacon on many occasions.
if you had to use these be careful, get evidence of every word, written or typed as they agree one thing then try taking more money out your account an leave you stranded .......................... wish i never used these guys, THINK BEFORE YOU BORROW!
If you need money quickly - These are the people to contact.
I have used this company a couple of times over the last year - Each time due to a lack of funds in my bank account meaning I would potentially incur expensive overdraft and unpaid item charges.
The money went into my bank account within 10 minutes and was taken out via direct debit on the specified payday.
The downside however:-
Since I registered with this company - I received many texts asking me if I wanted to 'extend' the loan (For a fee)
I also started receiving random texts from other company's offering me a loan (I'm assuming this company has shared my details)
Finally, Beware the extremely high interest rates and ensure you have funds to pay the loan back.
Overview - Great for an emergency short term loan - Beware the interest and sales pitch afterwards.
after a few dealings with QQ I was left disappointed with there service, as I was charged late payment fees all because QQ couldn't deal with making a simple extension to my loan . after using there service over the last few years and always paid on time I was basically left out in the cold and they wouldnt resolve the matter. I wont be using their service again and advise others not to as well. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But in fact I got left waiting for an hour for money that never cleared. Contacted Customer care and they turned round and said, well its been delayed and you will get paid at 21:00....17:00 to 21:00???
Then I said, fine cancel the loan, she said fine I will...5 mins later after holding and she turns round and says, sorry I cant cancel your loan. Hang on...what? You just said you would cancel it Iesha, "sorry but I cant". Yeah right, reel the customer in and then disappoint them.
They are a decent company with reasonable prices compared to others who can charge as much as £25 per £100. They give out the money quickly and they are open 24/7. It's annoying they are all American, and the call centre is in America, and the phone system they use is worse than Skype, but you can get through and do what you need to do.
Good app and website (although the app has a bug - it has no 'next' button on my active customer account and they refuse to believe me) but generally you can get around the company without having to call them every 5 minutes. Good online live chat too,

Just love QuickQuid. It has been my saviour on many an occasion. I don't earn very much and most months I am out of pocket by some way or another. I have noone I can rely on to borrow from..so I have to use QuickQuid. Their online site is very easy to use. The decision is almost instantaneous and their online chat customer service staff are lovely. Highly recommend them for short, sharp, quick loans that you can afford to pay off as you can spread the payments and its not soo far above what you actually borrow. I try to keep my borrowings at around £50 but there are occasions where I can go over. But so long as I honour the monthly repayment rate, everything is smooth. And they also give me quite nice discounts on the loans as I've been a good customer and it helps with my Credit rating too.
So all in all a great great and caring company for a payday loan outfit. They are indeed caring and it comes across.

Quickquid are not very helpful they are not at all good at customer service which I am really upset about, even if you are paying a bit late explaining them your valid reasons they still cannot help you removing the late fee. The interest they take from you is so much and is the baddest loan company in my whole life.
Brilliant rates, Excellent customer service (don't bother ringing just use the "chat live" link) I've dealt with them 3 times via this service and has been perfect. They are also very Flexible if circumstances change. For anyone struggling to pay back debts because of lack of a job. They are a loan company not a charity
I have used QuickQuid several times. They provide a great service, the money is always in my bank within an hour, and the interest rates are cheaper than the other Payday Loan companies (that I can find).
However, the staff are a big problem. I usually use the live chat service to contact them, and to put things in perspective for you, the shortest length of time I have spent speaking to them on it is 25 minutes. That was just for a general query about my loan. The reason it took so long is that I had to reword my question FOUR TIMES because the representative didn't understand what I was asking. This is not an isolated incident unfortunately. If I have a few queries it can take up to an hour. I just don't get why they employ people who cannot grasp simple questions until they have been worded in four different ways.
The staff on the live chat and the helpline are always very rude and sarcastic, and they bring down the otherwise great company.

I think some users may be slighted by their own personal situation and quick to judge quickquid. I don't agree with the overall practice of payday loans but I fell foul to them and quickly arranged a pre-default payment plan in under 5 minutes using the live chat service.
I Unfortunately lost my job due to the company going bust so didn't have enough money to pay this back all at once.. I asked to set up a payment plan but was refused and the customer representative 'Loretta' was extremely sarcastic and rude.. didn't take any notice of what I was explaining to her and never read the comments properly it took me nearly an hour of online chatting with this very rude person to then come out of the other end with no solution at all apart from the fact that they are going to carry on trying to take money out of my account even though I have explained that nothing is in there.. EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL I would give no starts if I could.
