If you're good at keeping track of your finances then this is a perfect service to use when you need money for a short period. They tell you everything you need to know before hand, so if you somehow fall in to an endless cycle of debt problems with them then that can only come down to your own fault. I've never had any problems with the company, been using them for around 2 or 3 years just taking out small loans and paying it back each month. Whenever I've needed help they've been extremely easy to get in touch with, very professional and resolve any queries within minutes. Either by phone or the online chat (I personally use the online chat now but have been on the phone with them in the past also)
What I like most about them is the speed at which money is deposited to your bank now. When I started using them I think it took something like an hour or 2 for the money to be in my bank, but now it literally takes no more than 15 mins. For example, I've been out after work with no money but plenty of opportunity to go out. I brought up quickquid on my phone browser and 15mins later I went to the cash machine and it was there ready for me.
I remember seeing the film "Yes Man" and the part with the Micro-loans made me think 'that's a great idea, wish my bank would do this'. Well that's what QQ now provides me and the service has been exactly what I expected and better (since you don't even need to go to a representative to apply for it)

They are there when you need them and workable in the short term.

When your short of cash don't sweat it , just borrow for the short term you will be okay....if you follow the rules...

A good company to use

the customer services is good but when you apply for a loan the form does not accept you promotion code so have to go through customer services to correct it

Quick quid really are, the service and promos are so good and helpful you are better then any other payday companies especially the Uk ones which are crap and liars 'wonga' no hidden charges total bull bare face liars. They are all rubbish except you. Thank you for saving my life.

I would not use this system, very expensive and not a simple procee, only if your really desperate, plenty of better options available

I find all the staff the best I have ever delt with. They are helpful, polite, nothing is to much trouble for them, it is a pleasure to talk to them. The company is excellent at processing your request quickly and efficiently. Well done Quickquid best company I have ever with.

Used them a number of times through a very difficult time for me! Even when payments where difficult they managed my payments for me! The LIVE CHAT is a great idea as the phone lines they have are no great so the live chat takes all the fuss away! Staff are so quick to help! 100% better than Wonga and Payday UK!!

Quick by name, quick & easy by nature

Have been dealing with Quickquid for a few months now , and have found them helpful. Easy to use, quick to respond and sort out any issues (of which there has been thankfully few).

Application process took well over an hour and was still being processed when I decided to cancel. I then contacted there live support who even after being connected to an advisor took 10 minutes to give me a pre-prepared message. about how great quickquid is and how you can get cash in 10 minutes.

I then said I wanted to cancel my account and was asked to confirm my full name and dob, I did that and then was asked for my postcode and one other piece of info. Thats all fine I expect that these days but then he said thanks for providing that how can I help? I then proceeded to copy and paste the lines above.

My application was cancelled but my account could be removed he said but i could make it inactive i wished.

If you must use sites like these my advice would be to use another one.

Rubbish!

Quick Quid are not at all helpful, when speaking to customer services they ignore pretty much everything you say until you have repeated it 3 or more times. Nobody is willing to help - it is always "another department" who is responsible for that. Definitely in breach of the OFT standards for lenders. Avoid this lot!!!

Freedom from worry!

I recently took out a payday loan from quickquid so I could put my car through it's mot and get the tax. Unfortuanately, just after this, I split from my wife, lost my home and job so was unable to pay back as I had promised. I was at my wits end trying to think how I was going to live and pay back my loan with only JSA to rely on. Finally, I plucked up courage and contacted quickquid via their on-line chat. They were very sympathetic and helpful. They made affordable payment arrangements for me with no recriminations. I can't praise them highly enough. Will DEFINITELY recommend them to others. Well done.

Really clear, really useful and extremely honest!

I got a £200 loan. I'd be paying back around £250 but I know that PayDay loans are expensive. They didn't lie to me, and why shouldn't they make such profits? It's an emergency loan, not a mortgage.

Anyhow, I'd be paying about £50 in the first month, and about £200 the next month. I was okay with that at first, but after I realised the £200 was steep for a single payment. I contacted them a few weeks before the second payment and said this, and asked what they could do for me.

They offered to split the payment in to 2 months, and chuck about 20 quid on as a fee. And they did this without blinking an eye lid, it was done in 5 minutes all by live chat.

So far as a first time borrower.. they have not hidden anything from me, they helped me by splitting up that large payment and they've always been transparent and honest.

they give you the option 2 space your debt out in 2 payments rather as just one all at once. and also limit your first few loans until they trust you more then you gett better deals the more you keep up with them absolutely fantastic

It's simple really - a reliable company with an excellent product and excellent customer service.

not a reliable company, seem to take more money than you first think, they stitch u up, making u pay over 2 months to earn more profit, when you want to pay in 1 month, they decline u when they feel like it even when you have paid them everytime ontime, dont apply with these, to save the stress of them taking your money n not being there when u need it!!! and to add to all that, they have now closed my account, AVOID AVOID AVOID, GO TO WONGA, THEY ARE CHEAP LOAN RATES AND EASY TO USE!!!

Ok so alot of people say that using payday loan companys is bad and gets you in more debt. But i must say in my financial need quick quid is the best. Ive used many i.e wonga, paydayexpress, payday uk and many more and quick quid rips all these companys apart. speed......... exactly what it says cash into you bank in ten mins. Live chat customer service..... brilliant idea and very friendly and helpful. phone customer service........ a little hard to understand as there all american but other than that very helpfull. Would recommend to anybody if you struggling with money and need a payday injection. Thanks quick quid

Applied for a loan of £50 on the 19/06/2012, waited overnight for decision next morning still no answer went on Live chat to find out what was happening next minute after chatting to a lady i had be approved, went to a funeral that i needed the money for and when i got back 9 hours after the money still wasn't in my account...back on Live chat and cancelled it, Was told to reapply and her manager would approve it there and then....cancelled it as far to late needed the money for the funeral.
Defiantly not Quick :(

They make the process simple and easy. Yes it can get you in more debt but when your back is against the wall they are lifesavers.

It says on the website 10 mins of approval but ive been waiting 12 hours so far for approval and it still isn't sorted :@. i spoke to a rep through the chat window before i applied and she never said anything about sending bank statements and since then i've had 3 emails saying your loan is being proccessed. But now ive just spoke to another chat window rep (12 hours later) and she is saying i now need to send bank statements :-s. I wouldn't recommend to anyone there not QUICK i STILL havent got my QUID so i wouldnt use that name if i was them.......disappointed

Unusual customer service

As the customer service is in the US i find the way they deal with you odd. After asking for help i have been told to contact them on another day as they cant sort it today, they don't have any urgency, or don't seem to want to help in the long term. Admittedly they aren't a long term solution, but i am wanting to sort out a short term solution to a default. Very odd. Didn't feel valued as a customer, very disappointed as I'm supposedly a platinum customer, as i have probably already paid off the capital via monthly payments (as a rollover) it just doesn't seem right. They have helped when i needed money but when i need help paying it back, sadly lacking.

It's good if you want to pay later

Application process was easy and money went in the next day, I wanted to pay off my loan in advance everywhere on the site you see an advert for an extension on your loan, I rang up the customer service that told me about extensions, no information on paying back early and quoted my balance and press a number to hang up. In the end I logged into the live chat service. The web page wouldn't load it was troublesome after at least an hour of searching the website and reloading the live chat. It eventually loaded I chose the option General query because there was no early paying options but there was an extension option, I was replied to right away and they helped me pay off the loan and was very efficient. I would appreciate it if they would make earlier payments easier instead of avoiding the subject. Bad website, Easy application, Quick money, Bad telephone customer service, Great live chat customer service.

Very helpfull

I took out a loan with them and within half hour the money was in my bank, i had trouble in paying back but they were so helpful and they did not get moody or demand the money like some loan people do, they just extend my loan and yes i had to pay but i thought that was better then being in debt. They are always so helpful and very quick at getting my problems sorted i would recommend them to family and friends but do be careful as you do have to pay for the loan extensions :)

They do exactly what they say and the money goes into your'e account pretty quickly. And they have a very good customer service team.

Bad:
Quickquid is not the best way out of debt as i found out for myself, the loans they provide help you in the short term but when the fee comes back around you are in trouble again. And on one occasion they took the loan repayment out 2 days early causing me to default on another outgoing.

So overall they are good but just be careful not to get into spiralling debt!!

excellent company and very helpful i had used the same company for 2 and half years when i had problem cash and if you become member will get a discount code all the time apply for a loan i would recommend friends and family no hidden cost or charge like other company if can,t pay can have a chat online to extended very easy to comunicate

Amazing service

Took a loan out, got accepted instantly, 15 minutes for it to arrive into my bank account.
Initially I had a lot of trouble paying it back due to illness and swapping jobs, but the way in which it was dealt and the payment process they let me set up was brilliant and dealt with amazingly!
