FUSTRATING

applied for a loan which took 12 hours to approve. they didnt pay the money as apparently there was an issue with the bank details. no one informed me. i contacted them to find this out and had to reapply. even though ive been approved once it has taken over 24 hours and i still havent received any money. wonga are so much faster, cheaper and easier to communicate with! i wont be using them again

Quick and Friendly team

Quickquid is easy to use. It may be a bit expensive, but they have to make a profit. It tides me over till next payday when I'm stuck. Great customer services in the live chat, always deal with my comments as quick as they can, and do exactly what I ask of them!

worst customer services team i've ever come across!!!!!

quickquid are the worst customer services team ive ever come across! i will not be using them again and i will certainly not be recommending them to anybody!! they have no understanding of basic english whatsoever! harassment? ive never had anything like it in my life, they constantly phone and email, and no records are kept from when customers phone them!! do not use quickquid!!! wonga are definitely the better option, as they are very helpful and polite.....unlike quickquid!!!!

i have used quickquid a few times , and found them very helpful,there only downfall is the apr is way to high,,they would get more interest if they reduced it,,

It does what it says on the tin!

£12.50 for £50 loan over about 2 weeks - maybe the APR would work out at a lot over a year but for 2 weeks it seems fair enough to me - they are a company and need to make a profit after all. As it is it is really helpful and the cash is in the bank within 10 minutes, more like five. As long as you know you will have the cash to pay back then I say go for it.

Straight forward borrowing and easy pay back terms

What you see is what you get.

What you will repay is in black and white and the money is in your account before you know it. These companies are receiving bad press at the moment, but when used for what they are needed for i.e. A bit of cash to tide you over till you get paid, they are great.

The customer support is tip top and I wouldn't think twice about using them again!

Didnt rip me off with extra payments on extension

told them i couldnt pay back for a extra month but still didnt charge me extra to do that

Fantastic customer service

I have used this company a few times in emergencies. The site is very simple to use and the money has always gone through without issue.
The option to extend the loan as well has always been a simple and very straight forward process.
My main contact with the company was through the 'live chat' facility on the site (Which is fantastic!) and all my queries, usually about repaying early, have been dealt with in a very professional yet friendly manner.
Although I know this types of loans aren't the best for solving financial problems, this company are excellent at what they do, and I would not hesitate to use them again!

Great for Urgency

I urgently required cash due to personal problems. After doing some research on a few payday loans including Wonga etc this one had to be the best to turned too as I had used them previously.
They have a better interest rate no hidden cost or charges like other companies, so you wont be in for any nasty surprises. They provide the cash into your account as its states quick-quid reach my account as soon possible for me to access.
They have other options that Wonga does not have which is a good extension period on loans with additional add for adding on payment amounts to reduce payments for the following month, I have also been awarded the 15% off promotion that was a benefit..
will always turned to Quick quid if I'm ever "in need" for any quick urgent cash..

I just updated my loan via online chat. What a pleasure it was very easy, very quick and chat person was excellent, polite and helpful and very proffessional

Online Chat Function at QuickQuid a Breath of Fresh Air

I have just updated some of my details online via the chat system. Following a set of security questions the agent was able to support my query and resolve my request within a few minutes - this was much simpler than having to hold on a telephone line. The agent was friendly and helpful. Well done QuickQuid.

Friendly but too slow

I applied first thing and still nothing hours later, finally a family member offered me the cash, so I decided to cancel the loan application.
The online advisor was friendly enough, but continued to worm me back in with discounts and a higher loan.
I advised the advisor that loans from family members do not have interest rates.
He finally cancelled and let me leave,

Perpetrial (online chat advisor) could not explain to my satisfaction why I could not top up my loan, seemed unsure of her facts so I gave up asking.

discrimination against disabled people and retired

i have just been told that due to the fact i am disabled i cannot use this company. you have to be working , even though i have a regular pension and a disability living allowance but this does not count. this is completely scandalous and discrimination towards disabled people

10 minutes pfffft

FANTASTIC

I have used quick quid for the last year and have always found them and all the staff very friendly. Candise is always very pleasant to speak to in live chat. They all provide an excellent service..

Online Chat - Customer Services

I've found QuickQuid to be the most helpful payday loan company I've dealt with so far. I was particularly impressed with the online chat facility today - when I've used it before, I tend to simply get auto-generated responses, or copy-paste conversation, but my conversation with Shannon today regarding a loan topup really stood out. She took the time to answer my questions personally and in detail about topping up my loan, rather than copy-pasting from a set script. She also gave me additional information that I hadn't asked for, but that I didn't know and found useful (I wasn't aware that topups could only be done through C/S, I'd gone and completed a brand new loan application which I hadn't meant to do, and couldn't cancel!). She also offered to cancel the loan I had taken out in error, no questions asked. Shannon was very polite & helpful, and as a result I would not hesitate to recommend QuickQuid in the future. Thank you once again.

Emails bad, Live Chat good!

I had several confusing emails after having problems having funds available on the due date for my payment. The people who emailed were not helpful and did not make their information clear.

I went onto the website and spoke to Shannon who clarified things in minutes and who was kind enough to change the date of my payment so that I didn't have the same problem again (wages go in at unpredictable times on my pay date which means that the money isn't always there first thing in the morning).

My thanks to Shannon for sorting things out so quickly and for not making me feel like an idiot.
