The live chat people are very swift and professional, and make everything quite clear.
Yes, rates are high. Yes, they make it easy enough to take out money. But the responsibility lies with the borrower to make the right choices.
I can recommend them to anyone who finds themselves presented with an unexpected bill before their next pay is due.

Perfect and cheaper then the rest
I've used this company for numerous times (when I have found myself short on cash) - and they are fantastic.
Their online support is fantastic, plus there rates are as high as other company's such as Wonga, for example.
I would recommend if you find yourself short on cash!

So Helpful
I've had a rubbish couple of months paying back my loan, had college fees to pay and was off work in hospital for 2 weeks too so hardly got wages, anyways the guys at QuickQuid were so helpful in splitting my repayments into 3 equal months so I didn't run into the red with the bank. Fantastic, online chat is great too.

Poor Customer Service on chat, harrassing phone calls, go elsewhere for a loan
Out of work, struggling to keep payments, to top it off try dozens of calls a day chasing 100 pounds. Almost enough to tip a weaker man over the edge in their darkest hour! Do Not Use

i had to get it cancelled ..0 star
they always take ages to get the loan processed ...it was my second time and they did the same ...they say loan in 10 mins its all crap ..u have to wait and wait and wait ..fortunately for me i got it cancelled for the second time .and i am pretty sure i wont be gng to qucik quid again ,wonga and others are way better ..quick quid is just waste of time .take my advice go somewhere else..

it says all you wait is 10 mins for loan to go into account what rubbish that is more like 15 hours and still nothing my next acction was to have it all cancelled thank god for that what a load of rubbish this is better to go to wonga loans

Bish, Bosh, Bash - Job Done
QQ are quick and helpful and the repayment fees are very competitive. They are just so useful when your income doesn't quite go far enough or for those unexpected occassions which always happen when you are broke.

Easy to borrow, Good Customer Service Too.
Easy to borrow, most of the process is automated except for paying back which you have to request on live chat rather than just clicking a button in your account (Wonga offer this option). Other than that I would certainly use them again.

good lender even though they could not lend to me
i am writing a review as online reviews for lenders are important for other customers. I was declined for a loan with QuickQuid BUT they were easy to sign up to, did NOT charge me for anything and the customer service is brilliant. I did not get the loan probably due to my credit rating (not good but not bad) and I spoke to a customer service rep online who said I can choose to argue this in writing, which I am choosing not to do. This lender has a very good repor and i advise you go with QuickQuid

Quite expensive but extreme speedy and really helpful and well informed staff, though not able to amend to special financial needs, amount or durations. However the good service and effiicient and reliable funding leave this company at least as a very good option.
