Definitely a worth while addition to one's shopping experience. Not always the best deal but always worth throwing into the mix.. Just remember to clear cookies and re-start your browser before completing a purchase if you have been on the target site previously as this saves disappointment later - which isn't Quidco's fault
I have only recently started using quidco, particularly the supermarket clicksnap. It's easy to find out what is on offer each week and then upload my receipt for any purchases I make. The refund is quickly in my account. The few queries I've had I've contacted by their online email, and they have been quickly resolved, excellent customer service.
You offered me cash back for getting a phone with EE. I was within all of your terms and conditions. Clearing my browser, not sending the phone back etc,etc and yet friend you decline my cash back because EE says my cash back is not valid. I feel badly let down and feel very despondent. I am afraid this is the end for my quidco allegiance as I am not willing to purchase anything else with this . I queried this with no success. This is bad I am afraid.
Quidco have been excellent over the years I have been using them. In particular, they respond quickly to any issues and on several occasions have paid me cashback even when a claim hasn't been settled with an eTailer. It's the only cashback site I use and have saved nearly £1000 with them. All good.
I bought some oxo and there was money back with clicksnap, I scanned in my receipt and waited. Unfortnately, I got no confirmation of the purchase so I contacted Quidco and after one day the money had been credited to my account.
