Car Insurance cash back seemed to have elapsed but nearly a year on after several reminders to Quidco it finally arrived! Obviously I'm pleased.
They make it as difficult as possible to actually get your money and then when they finally do pay (after about 8 months of effort on my part), they just keep £5 of MY money for their "retention fee".
I kept reading about Quidco and how I could earn money simply by registering with them and then by shopping on line via QUIDCO's site. After deliberating for several weeks I decided to give it a try. It is so easy. I have only made small purchases so far, and made a hotel booking for a weekend away, but have already received my first cashback payment. Amazing.
Joined this as an opportunity to get some money back on purchases made and have gone through quidco to get cashback on a phone contract along with a multiroom sky subscription. I made sure that I followed the instructions, cleared cookies etc and both purchases tracked properly. It took approximately 2 months for the cashback on the phone from3 and 5 months from sky, but I have just had that paid, totalling nearly £120. Will definately use for any future purchases I can.
My friend told me about Quidco, she'd been a member for a while and was saving lots of money on purchases, insurances, joining fees etc. it doesn't cost anything to join and I now get cashback payments for items that I was going to buy anyway, how could you not like that? Its always so nice to open an email and find out that I've been paid a cashback sum, always an unexpected pleasant surprise
Some companies who advertise on quidco pay but others just either don't pay or ask to phone the order through so they don't have to. However this is not Quidcos fault and they have great customer service and always try to help.
The website and service from Quidco is very good, authorised payments are made timely and efficiently.
Some sellers are notebly poor at either tracking or authorising payment and many of these are noted in the individual feedback ratings, Sainsbury is one which I have issues with purchase completed in October payment waited until May other transactions have failed to track and have been subject of claims through Quidco with two still oustanding from November (6 months) and this is not good enough.
Well to be honest when I first joined Quidco it wasn't all easy to do as prices are important just as getting cashback is, for me its a dual thing.
The company has gone through major overhauls since I joined which has been a huge improvement as any queries get dealt with fast and now with prompter payments winging their way to my account its simpler shopping with them.
Join up and start shopping through their website, on each retailers page you can see the various coupons/money off and also how much cashback will be given, then another window (the retailers) opens up for you to shop normally, this is called tracking and you should then get an email stating your purchases were tracked so cashback will be paid, occasionally there is a problem but 9 times out of 10 its resolved quickly.
I don't earn alot as I only buy things when I need them but every amount is better than nothing at all, nothing to lose by trying Quidco when shopping online, so go fill your boots and get a little back on them!
I love shopping via Quidco so that I can see my cashback accumulating. Whilst I purchase goods at stores offering the best value for money I also get cashback on my purchases so it represents a great saving. I find the Quidco site very versatile and easy to use and have never had any difficulties navigating around, nor have I had any problems with payments. Altogether, I am delighted with Quidco.
I would really recommend Quidco - its easy to use, customer support when needed (rarely) is excellent. To get back money on items that I was going to buy anyway is simply brilliant! Can't fault it.
Great system, easy to use and get cash back, cash with some suppliers is a bit slow but once you have a pipeline of Quidco transactions the regular flow of cash backs is very pleasant.
Excellent tracking software they use; it mostly tracks all the time for me. Polite and cheerful customer service support (especially through the newly introduced live chat - Sam is very nice and understanding!).
Excellent rates of cashback (although, TopCashBack do sometimes have the higher rates due to their loyalty rewards as top-ups - something that Quidco should bring to the fore). The bespoke promotions (only had two so far) are a real treat and really does encourage to use Quidco.
A very high percentage of my cashbacks that do track go onto becoming payable. The very small that either require a claim to be made (missing cashback claim or for a declined transaction), this is very professionally chased by Quidco and is normally always approved.
I definitely recommend going for the Premium account, as this gives additional features like faster paying retailers, live chat and phone calls and bespoke promotion, all of which are very useful and I believe play an integral role in the overall experience and feel of the cashback website.
I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. [My only two gripes with the company are - they don't provide an on request payment service (for confirmed cashback) like TopCashBack do and also the poor incentive to recommend friends and family (only £2.50 per referral.)]
Apart from those two gripes (very minor issues) - I love this company to bits! :)

I'm very happy with the service Quidco offfers. They are very prompt in replying to queries, and notifies you when the tracking amount is less than it should be even when you don't query it. They keep us informed us on any unresolved queries. E-mails are always very polite. In summary I can't really fault their service, just wish that they had more retailers like John Lewis, etc. It is great that they've got Amazon now.

Very disappointed with Quidco for my deal with the AA. They are classed as a faster payment but it took 7 months for me to get the cashback and then they took £5 for some "premium features" I had apparently signed up for.
Not very impressed.
Been using quidco since 2008 enjoying the cash back from a wide range of purchase from beauty products, insurance to pets food! On some rare occasions the purchases were not tracked by the retailer but quidco care team dealt with them and got the cash back eventually!
I logged on at the weekend to check the status of some payments, which were showing 'tracked' and I was wondering when they would be 'confirmed'. They were hotel payments, so I knew they paid out after check out but I wasn't sure when. The 'chat' option oppped up and, idly, I put my question into the chat box. The chat was immediately picked up by a lovely woman called Samantha, who checked oout my enquiry, andswered my questions, and confirmed my payment, which arrived today. She was a real 'human face' to what was already an excellent site, so thanks, Samantha!
I think its great considering i don't really have to do anything apart from go to the website I want to use via them .... everything else is done by them and i just watch the money go into my account.
Use Quidco now and for an awful lot of shopping, all you need do is login first to Quidco and then shop. They track, send money - no problems and I've earned cashback for so much!
What a great idea and so well executed. Been happy with quidco ever since I joined. Makes shopping online even more affordable. Before I buy anything online I will always search via quidco first.
I have been using Quidco for quite a few years now. They have great cash back offers for so many companies and it is standard practice for me to go through it before visiting most sites, and they have a lot of them. I would recommend them to anyone as it is quick and easy and I've always received my cash back without any hassle.

I think it sounds too good to be true but I have genuinely been paid £100s of pounds using Quidco to buy things I would have bought online anyway.
Most recently I've bought tickets for an athletics event, a spa voucher and a magazine subscription. I wanted them all anyway but by using Quidco I'll get a percentage of the cost back as cash in my bank account.
It is essential to use if you are getting a new energy supplier, car insurance, mobile phone - any 12 month type contract is where you'll really make some money.
Quidco is a very good cash back site with a wonderful support team. However sometimes it can not track big purchases. Although I can make reclaim, it would be great to track everything spent from the site.
Disappointed. Just had my first cashback payment of £5.23 and £5 has been held back as a referral fee after being advised everything was free!? Not really worth searching through Quidco and using their retailers to earn 23p, I've spent a fortune. All incredibly misleading. Won't be using them from now on.
