Used to track and pay fine but the last few transactions Ive purchased have not tracked and/or the amounts to be paid have not been correct. Used to be a fantastic service but feel that they have taken their eye off the ball and standards are slipping. To say the fact that I have to raise claims for my last few transactions is frustrating. This is especially so claims raised can only be sent to companies in a months time
I had an issue where a company declined to pay me my cashback. it had tracked ok; I always delete cookies and so on prior to purchases through Quidco; but still my cashback claim was rejected. I complained to Quidco and they agreed to pay me anyway, in this instance, even though they hadn't received their commission either. So at least with me in this case they put the customer first.
I use Quidco whenever I want to buy anything of value as well as insurance and investments. Every year I change and get cashback as well as the best offers from companies trying to win my business. As for savings, the cashback gives me a better equivalent rate AND it isn't taxed so is better than ISA rates. My only gripe is that I already have most things. Maybe they will get into car buying soon. Try it and win!
I have been recommending Quidco for everyone. If you shop on the internet why not get some of the money back? It is easy to set up and use and you can get anything from washing machines, clothes, holidays and mobile phones for less. The cash tracking has always worked well and payouts are timely. Well worth the minimal effort.
No hesitatation at all in recommending quidco. Great system and great staff I've upgraded to premium for a fiver.... You can livechat with your queries and staff sort you out..fab If you are not registered...go for it. I've been paid £45 already (joined in jan14) for a new fone contract ....and am awaiting payment for £75 for car insurance.....it's just brilliant Get cash for what you already do online!!
I asked Quidco to follow up a delayed cashback claim. Although they have not yet received the money from the company in question, Quidco forwarded the cashback amount to me themselves. Very impressed with the speed and efficiency of service and will definitely continue using Quidco.
Purchased a product from Argos which did not track. Alerted to this by an email from Quidco asking if I had changed my mind about a purchase. I contacted Quidco, who quickly resolved the problem. Quick and efficient service.
I joined Quidco back in Feb of this year and I couldn't believe the cash back deals on some of the items. I tried out on or two and soon the cashback started to mount up. I've had a few problems along the way with cashback not tracking but as soon as I got in touch with the Quidco team they replied straight away and told me what the problem was and how to sort it out. They are fantastic at sorting problems and do it in record time. Best customer service I've had from anyone in a long time. Highly recommend the site and whole team.
I've been with Quidco 3 years now and had about £1300 in cleared funds transferred into my bank account based on various purchases, such as car insurance (£50), window blinds (£4.32), luggage bags (£1.49), phone contracts(£90), Sim Only contracts (£120), Airport parking (£5), Car Tyres (£15), Plus Net Internet (£100)
It's always worth checking with literally any internet purchase. Most of these purchases I would have made anyway so it really is just extra cash. Some people don't get why companies would pay you this extra cash, I usually just compare it to the advertising money Google would get if you clicked a link after Googling something and making a purchase after clicking a google link, or for the really un-initiated compare it to the AA breakdown cover man that stands in the street selling you cover for £100 (he would get £40 commission). This is the money you too are entitled to (through Quidco)!
