This was my very first experience with Quidco. I joined because a family member suggested it. I made my first purchase back in December and have only just received confirmation that my cashback has been paid, but minus £5 for some membership fee, which I don't remember being part of the deal (although I may have missed reading it). I had to contact Quidco several times to try and find out when I would receive my cashback and I have to say I found this experience quite frustrating and stressful. I'm not sure at this moment in time, if I shall continue to use Quidco's services.
I have been with Quidco since it's launch many years ago and have loved it. Most of my transactions have tracked and the ones that haven't have been dealt with by the customer services team. I have got over £2500 back over the years and this is money that I would have spent anyway, so like they say, every little helps!
I am very happy that i am earning some money out of my purchases for free.the tracking speed, the chasing service, payments etc etc are all tremendous and good value for the money on purchases made on day to day basis
The hone page shows not only the offers available but also allows you to track your account. The more you use it then there ate custom offers available to you. Any queries have always been promptly resolved
When buying things you need, like ensurance for your home or car...or TV/broadband, you can make great savings (because that's that cash back is). You just have to be patient as it can take some time, but you'll get a nice bundle of money back. I've already exceeded £700 since having my account on quidco for over 3 years.
Great idea, money for free just by using this site. So simple. BUT, compare this site to others and the speed they pay out when you claim your money. Quidco are just two slow. 4 day delay before they send it and then up to 3 days to clear your bank. That's a week. The other site I use take 2-3 days in the week to pay up. All that money from all there users in their bank not your for an extra 3-4 days. Bet that's a tidy sum.
First of all, it takes very long until my purchase is confirmed. And then, once it is confirmed, it does not notify me well enough what I should do next. For example, for this particular payment, apparently the button became activated that I needed to press it for me to receive a cash back into my account. I didn't know that until I logged onto the web site and one day, finally realised that there was something for me to do.
In my opinion it should just pay me the cashback when it gets ready. Whey do you need me to press the button?
Ive used quidco fir a few years and earned £2.8k, but I felt a bit disappointed to be auto enrolled as a premium member and then it felt difficult to opt out of this. Ive since transferred to topcashback where there is no fee, and I can get an extra bonus by transferring my cashback to tesco clubcard or amazon vouchers. Its unlikely ill go back to quidco
I bought Sainsburys car insurance almost a year ago. The £50 tracked but never got paid. I raised a claim and heard nothing about it. I then decided to contact Quidco about where it was and within less than a week they had paid it into my account. I am disappointed it seems Quidco were possibly holding onto my cash.
Really good all my shopping goes through this site ,Also Quidco does not take any monies from you or any credit/debit cards . Have earned so far £572.21 since 2010 amazing have recommended to my friends and family
